Under Darwinism, nature created everything so hence they believe in creation............ If they are not creationists, then they must believe that everything was infinite and always here.

and others who have left Christianity. For many of us it was a bit of a struggle to find our way clear. I'm talking about specifically in R&S where it is sort of a free-for-all. At what point do you think it goes to far?

For instance, I realize that some of my questions can be bizarre. But generally (and I will confess not always) I ask them from a genuine interest to see what the answers would be. (Quite frankly, it's only when I get excessive violations that I totally lose my cool.)

There is a theory known as Pacel's theory or something like that ( not sure on spelling), but it states that if there is a God and you belive in him there are no bad consequences, if there is and you don't belive in him there ARE bad consequences, if there is not a God and you belive in one there are still no bad consequences. Logically he reasoned that it is better to belive in god than not because beliving in God brings no bad consequences.

Much like it's root of the ancient Egyptian religions that also have a man god who redeems people and mediates between man and God. It's like twilight zone, religion is absolutely amazing. Christianity is huge and it's people are ignorant of the history, it's not likely that it will fade because it has become THE religion of our times. But I could see a distant future, if there is one, with a people who have a new Messiah...always looking to be saved...kind of a sad love story between humans and a higher power. I guess it's the faith that counts, if it helps you to be a better person and contribute goodness to the world. But most of the time religion is taken too far...

I could understand why the Jews won’t accept Jesus. Putting someone before God is desecrating God’s Law: Exodus 20:3 “Thou shall have no other gods before/besides me.” Jesus says that you can only know the Father through him, which puts Jesus before God. Christians will argue this by saying that Jesus mentioned he and the Father are one, therefore making Jesus God Himself in human flesh.

You’ll notice that the anti-Christ in the book of Revelation sounds much like what the Jews are expecting of their Messiah. To the Jews the Messiah will be the anointed one who will bring light and peace to the world and everyone will see the true path as described in Isaiah 11. The anti-Christ of the Christians in the book of Revelation will “deceive” the whole world with peace and wisdom and everyone will follow him except those who are written in the book of the Lamb…so we have a dispute here. One says that their Messiah will be the only Messiah who will bring peace and wisdom to the world, and the other says that their Messiah has already come and will come again to defeat the anti-Messiah . To me it sounds like ISRAEL VS. EGYPT all over again (maybe a battle of the gods again, revenge of the Egyptian gods or something lol), since Jews are still Jews and Christians have a religion that sort of evolved from ancient Egyptian religion. This is just my opinion don’t get all rattled and cry blasphemy lol… so yeah, just wanted to ask if this is even close to being correct…I’m not a scholar or anything but I do love religion and yes I believe in God but I’m not sure how since I was raised as a Christian but am now a non-Christian who is stuck in the center around Jesus, I can’t just completely let him go after all the things I was taught in my little Sabbath school…and to all of you who are going to quote the bible about the “virgin” birth, that actually means “young woman” in Hebrew…if you read the bible in it’s true language…but whatever.

I’m favoring the Jewish belief over the Christian one, but it’s all so confusing since Christianity claims they are a sect from Judaism but their profile screams ancient Egyptian religions…religion is confusing yet beautiful and interesting, they all have one thing in common - a high power.

So, I make my case, who is the real God? Peace everyone.

Basically all human beings are animals living and letting others live happily. There are only different races in all animals including humanbeings attained by birth but no religions.Being rational with mind to think and act some human beings under the garb of religion are loosing their stability and balance of mind and exployting the innocent public with extremism and terroristic activities. All animals with different breeds by birth but no different religions are indeed more happy lot than human beings. If humanity once thinks and open their eyes to these manmade differences of caste creed and religion perhaps we may find a solution overcoming this great menace and put an end to terrorism from this planet of EARTH disturbing the humanrace in all parts of this world. If really the so called GODS of all the different religions are none but the same hidden SUPERPOWER driving the entire UNIVERSE let us all Human Beings of this MOTHER EARTH reconcile forthwith and take a pledge tounify.

If an alien species sent an undisputed message to earth that said; we will blow up your planet from afar (so no way to escape it) unless you acheive peace in 6 months. Because you are so stupid we will tell you how you must do this. You must abolish all religion.. You must abolish all borders. You must create a declaration of humanity that will apply to each and every human on the planet. Who would you vote to write this accord, could it be accomplished and would we even do it.

Shouldn't someone give based on what they believe in and not what someone tells them to? And is it true that if you do not prove you are giving at least 10%, you will not be considered a "good" Mormon?

Or maybe the fact that we have an almost complete fossil record of the evolution of the horse?

How can you NOT believe in evolution?

Who do you think offends God more - someone who says He doesn't even exist, or someone who says He does exist and then distorts doctrine and changes His teachings?

What makes your faith tangible? In your own life expiriences, what has happened to make you believe?

I dont care what religion you believe in, I just want to know how you feel your faith is true.

Because we all know that Religion is not logical, it requires "faith", I want to know what makes faith "real" to people.

Im a muslim, and we say that jesus was born in the summer time due to a excerpt from surah Maryam. But who knows when he was born? (rhetorical)

I get a tattoo? I was recently baptized and gave my life to God. I have always loved tattoos and want to get one or two. One I want as a remembrance of my little girl I lost. But I was worried if this goes against the Bible in any way.
