The reason that I am asking questions about Wiccans is because a woman who has been causing problems in my marriage, says that she is Wiccan. Her site online has symbols on it of a star (I don't remember if it is upside down or right side up) inside a circle, and she has lots of artwork of scantily clad women in flowing dresses with the symbols around them. Are these symbols a form of witchcraft?

Can you imagine the global consequences. Law's would need re-writing, religion would be meaningless, scientific community would need to rethink previously established theories.
No wonder the truth is suppressed!

....with regards to mediumship and psychism.
Reading many of the replies to questions about whether mediumship is genuine or not - you often see many comments denying the possibility, and I'm just wondering to those that insist its not possible and it's really a load of 'crock'. Have you investigated 'yourself' to find out the truth or do you reply on what you've read in newspapers or watched on hollywood films.

I only ask as I was once skeptical - and trusted what was written and heard. But by sheer coincidence I found myself at a Spiritualist Church with a friend, and I was amazed at the detailed information given to myself and my friend from the medium. Curiousity got the better of me and this led me to investigate fuller the claims and after 12 years being involved - the evidence that we survive death is over-whelming.

so skeptics - have you done your research?

ps. don't respond with 'cold reading' techniques as this only shows that you haven't a clue how mediums really work.

I am not really sure what exactly those who are Wiccan believe or practice. I have always been told that Wiccans are witches and practice witchcraft, like doing spells and curses, but I am sure that is not really accurate. Can someone who is Wiccan, tell me what exactly it is? Thanks

"We all want happiness in our lives and relationships. However, how one achieves happiness in a relationship is one of the best-kept secrets. People involved in top-quality relationships do not seek happiness. Instead, they seek growth. Growth, in turn, creates happiness.
When each person in a relationship gets beyond "I want to be happy" and into "I want to grow," the relationship itself becomes transformed. It's basically a matter of relational addition: One growing person + one growing person = one growing (and happy) relationship"

Seriously, think about it. They don't force convert anyone or threaten to persecute them if they have other beliefs.Bhuddists generally don't get rich and they are happy with the little things they have. They practice what they preach, and instead of trying to kill people of other religion, they learn about them and gracefully accept their presence. Buddhists have more self control over themselves and meditate over their problems instead of blaming people of other religions.

And of course, a lot more Bhuddists are vegeterians :)

When I say emotional in a Christian way, I mean that feeling where you feel so guilty of your life because you feel that you haven't been living it to the life that God wants you to live. You want to turn back from your old life and just live everything for God. Sometimes you get this by singing a really nice Christian song... well you get the point. What are some ways to bring a person in this state?
