When I say emotional in a Christian way, I mean that feeling where you feel so guilty of your life because you feel that you haven't been living it to the life that God wants you to live. You want to turn back from your old life and just live everything for God. Sometimes you get this by singing a really nice Christian song... well you get the point. What are some ways to bring a person in this state?

The only way I can think of for you to achieve this would be through brainwashing and manipulating them.
Most christians themselves say that god must lead people to this point; its not up to another person to try to do it.

Fellow ship with other Christians....totally immersion into the word.. And a Holy Spirit filled church...I mean nice little Christians songs are good but come on...you need something that will get you up and dancing in the presence of God....Where there is a will there is a way...just surround the person with the love of God, they will be stirred up...when the Holy Spirit is at work you can't help but to feel it....

Well since I am Jewish, and Christianity is considered idol worship or at least partial Idol worship then I can't answer this question.
