Is it a Christian belief? A type of church? What does it mean to be agnostic?

Consider a Christian, for example. Does he or she believe the Koran to be the perfect word of God? Is a mosque or synogogue as worthy as a church? Is Jesus, as the Jewish and Muslim faith believe, NOT the son of God, but a mere messenger?

YOu do realize anti-semitism is a word coined by a Jew to describe the hatred of Jews, right. I meen, you are correct that Arabs (I am one) are semites, but you also realize that the word Semite is derived from the Biblical story of the flood, and Noahs son Shem. YOu also realie that according to the same legend Europeans come from Esau, Isaac's other son, so Europeans are Semites too; thus making the word "anti-semitic" meaningless unless you just surrender to using it for what it was coined for.

I just wondered if you guys realize this stuff?

Based on I.Q. tests given to members of different professions, pastors scored the lowest. The intelligence of some pastors is equivalent to that of an adult monkey, or a 3 year old child. Some border on retardation.

i just read an article about mitt romney, http://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1758870/posts

and there is a passage that says mormons have a ban on hot drinks, why is that???

p.s. this is a serious question, in the article mormons sound like the normal-ist of people, and nothing jumps out as odd until iread the hot drink ban (which doesn't seem crazy or weird, it just came out of left field, i thought "hot drink ban what is the reasoning behind that?"

It's like they want it all for themselves and if they have to share, it's no fun! Also, they refuse to recognise the fact that both Christmas AND Easter originated as PAGAN holidays (Christmas contains elements of various pagan holidays/rituals, especially Yule, while Easter gets its name from the pagan goddess Eostre/Ostara who turned a bird into an egg-laying bunny!) Yet they STILL claim both these holidays are somehow 100% Christian - never mind the facts! Can't they get it through their knotty little heads that not everything originated with THEM?!??!?

couldn't he have just lived and been all right, and then taken us & saved us from this world? Why did he have to die in the cross? Is it symbolic or what? Seems to me that maybe he didnt have to die that way, he could have just saved us using his power.

Let's assume that the evidence does point to there being a god. How do you know it is the Christian god instead of one of the others? If you say because of the bible, then why do you discount the Koran and the Hindu texts?
