no, agnostic is the belief, that one cannot prove nor disprove the existance of god. basically no one can know whether or not god exists as a fact.

Agnosticism, the acknowledgement that we do not know whether god exists, differs from theism and atheism in that it is the only logical spiritual standpoint at this time in human history. Theism is the belief in a deity; atheism is the belief that there is no deity. Neither theism nor atheism have any facts to back up their beliefs. Agnosticism is not a belief, but an acceptance of the only proven and correct spiritual fact - that we simply do not know.
Disclaimer: I am a philosophical agnostic, but I still believe in deity. I just accept that I can't provide logical or scientific proof for my beliefs.

agnostic simply means that one does not know...and as an extension, does not believe in or follow a tradition based on faith.
