The plain and simple answer is that no one but God the Father knows.

Matthew 24:36
"But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone.

As was said nobody know the day or the hour, however Jesus gave us signs that would identify that we are in the last days.

My suggestion is bring your bible to school and have your friend answer any questions that you may have about Jehovah's Witness' beliefs. That is doing so during a break or lunch.

God's Kingdom by Christ Jesus has been ruling heaven since 1914 when it ousted Satan from heaven. God's Kingdom will soon extend its governmental rulership over the earth.
(Revelation 12:7-9) And war broke out in heaven [in 1914]... So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth
(Matthew 6:9-10) You must pray, then, this way: “‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth

Jehovah's Witnesses understand the Scriptures to teach that God's Kingdom will soon replace all earthly governments.
(Daniel 2:44) God of heaven will set up a kingdom... It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite

That Kingdom will rule over the vast majority of mankind, most of whom will have been raised from the dead after Armageddon.
(John 11:23,24) Jesus said to her: “Your brother will rise.” Martha said to him: “I know he will rise in the resurrection on the last day.”
(Acts 24:15) There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.

Until that resurrection, there is no suffering in "hell", or the grave. Sometime after the resurrection, death and "hell" will themselves be destroyed.
(Ecclesiastes 9:5) For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all
(Ecclesiastes 9:10) there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in Sheol ["hell"]
(Revelation 20:14) And death and Hades ["hell"] were hurled into the lake of fire

While a limitted number of humans will be resurrected to heaven to share in ruling over mankind, the vast majority (literally more than 99.9%) of Jehovah's Witnesses expect an EARTHLY hope, the same hope given to Adam and Eve.
(Genesis 1:28) God blessed them and God said to them: “Be fruitful and become many and fill THE EARTH and subdue it [caps added]
(Genesis 2:17) You must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will positively die [so never eating from that tree means never dying]

Interestingly, the Scriptures are full of references to this earthly hope.
(Psalms 37:11) 'the meek will possess the earth'
(Proverbs 2:21) 'upright will reside in the earth'
(Isaiah 45:18) 'God formed the earth to be inhabited'
(Matthew 5:5) 'the mild will inherit the earth'
(Revelation 21:3) The tent of God is with mankind

I have two answers.

1. The kingdom of god is within you.

2. I once had a dream in which an angel said to me, "What good is the kingdom of god if you can't put your money where your mouth is?" I have no idea what that means, but maybe you do.

Disclaimer: I am a Wiccan.

Jesus said we won't know the day or the hour, but he did say we would know the season.

Luke 21:28"But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near."

29Then He told them a parable: "Behold the fig tree and all the trees;

30as soon as they put forth leaves, you see it and know for yourselves that summer is now near.

31"So you also, when you see these things happening, recognize that the kingdom of God is near.

==

We know summer is near, why, because of the signs, of war, famine, earthquakes, etc. (2 Tim 3: 1-5)

All His His appointed time. Jovies, who aren't Christians, think they are the only ones who will be saved. The 144,000 is just 12,000 from each tribe of Israel. The Bible speaks of the "multitude" from all the nations who will also be there. YBIC

God's kingdom was set up by God in the beggining. It cannot "come" becasue it's already in existance.

If you mean when will God set up his kingdom on this earth...? No one knows that for sure. Only God himself.

I Thessalonians says that the end will come "like a thief in the night." In other words, we won't see it coming, and it can't be predicted. Don't worry about it. Just live your life.
