I am sickened by the way people rationalize an abortion. The baby is real. It's not a parasite. It depends on the mother just as much as a born baby does! Without constant nourishment and changing, bathing, dressing, the baby would die, as well as a baby inside the whom would die without food and water. It's not a matter of the mother's rights. She gave those away the moment she had unprotected sex. Pregnancy and a child are simply a consequence to a poor choice. To kill a child is a way to force a consequence away, which is completely and entirely wrong and against nature. Just like murder is wrong. You can't just go killing people when you don't want them around anymore.
If you all watched an abortion it would just kill you!! You're all sick and senseless and desensitized people!

you say it is unthinkabla that all the miracles around us, like life and the universe, weren't created by god
so I ask, someone who created all these amazing things has to be pretty amazing himself, so I say it's unthinkable that no one created him, and the guy who created god, who created that one? hehe
maybe "god" evolved from some advanced species and then created the universe? hehehe

Why r people so against God? Its just not right....Like what did he eva do to them? i mean like wat do other religions help with? none of them r real? but God is He always helps me sooo why do people get sooo mad when u talk about him on here jeez i know life isnt perfect but u got to love carebears,angels, rainbows, hugs, and kisses dont ya?

I grew up believing it was wrong to get anything pierced other than your ears. The argument was that other piercing and tattoos were "destroying" your temple. I think this is a social control and a bunch of crap.
What are your thoughts on this?
What about all the other stuff destroying our bodies like pollution, processed foods and drinks, tv, and many other random things etc etc?

If the Flying Spaghetti Monster isn't stopped now,wil it turn to another religion like Christianity and Islam in 2000years.At that time will Pastafarians argue with the atheists that there is no God except Flying Spaghetti Monster and Bobby Henderson is his prophet?If anyone steal Bobby Henderson's body from his grave will people say he had arisen from death.

muslims always fight with each other where as christians are wise to help each others. the example is Us and Israil.even hidus love and respect other hindus.Muslims are divided in the name of state, language, colour, wealth etc.i think this is because the mass is uneducated. why should any body continue to be muslims if people from other faiths hate him.
a muslim from india does not get any respect in gulf on the basis of their relegion, rather the arabi look down upon then considering them as 3rd.grade muslims.
in their own country in india they are denied of basic needs like emploment, education and housings.

can any body make me understand why one should practise islam inspite of so much backwardness particularly when we all know that all relegions teach the same thoery of living in a civilised society.

Because if a fetus is a human, then it is not the women's body but another person dependent on the mother's womb to survive and there for killing the unborn child would be murder. Basicly the question i am asking is who or what determines the personhood of an unborn child to justify abortion.

Since I was a young boy, I have had intense urges to touch my private areas. Sometimes I have given in to these urges, but I feel horribly guilty afterword. Does anyone know how God feels about this situation? What can I do to stop myself from indulging in these urges? Please Help!

this is a direct quote, and a slightly disturbing one from one of my coworkers tonight--he said that since life is so short, all we really have is god--isn't this a bit disturbing? it's like he's saying that life itself is worthless and all we can do is wait and hope to die--does anybody else find this kind of thinking kind of sad?

If you found a message that works for you, shouldn't that be good enough. A lot (but not all) religious people seem to have a dire need to spread their word and persuade others to join them. Why can't those people be content with having something that works for them without all the heavy judgements others who disagree. Please no Bible passages...tell me in your words.

I read something online the other day .. it stated that aethiest are the least trusted "group" or "stereotype". I don't know if this is a true study or just something someone pulled out of thin air. I personally have never met a mean or judgemental aethiest before ... however i only know like 2 people who are self-proclained atheists .... anyone care to elaborate on this for me?

My BF asked me the other day how she can know that when she asked Jesus to come into her heart all those years ago when she was a youth, how could she know that she REALLY was sincere. I answered her as best I could... and I told her you would feel that release of sin after you confessed your sins and if you asked Jesus in w/ a sincere heart & meant it, you would know. But I hope I answered her well and did not confuse her or anything. She seemed fine & satisfied w/ that... I don't know I am just concerned a bit of how I handled it. Any suggestions or other words I could say to her to help her have assurance?? THANKS & GOD BLESS!!!

P.S. I meant to mention, she is doubting herself lately b/c she was not led to the Lord by a person... but by a gospel tract... and she knelt down & confessed her sins & asked Jesus into hear heart, yet she is starting all these years later to wonder - "was she sincere enough." She said-"How can you remember that sincerity from that long ago?"

You cannot dispute the fact that the percentage of child molesters among Roman Catholic clergy is much greater than the normal population. If you are Roman Catholic, don't take offense, I'm simply looking for an answer as to why they're doing this so that we can formulate an answer to protect our children from your clergymen.
