I asked a poor woman who I thought was homeless if she thought Jesus was coming soon and she said "He's already Here". Please be serious, what do you think she meant? My reasons for believing her are too long to go into right now

even though there are many who do not have the Holy Ghost in them, God is omnipresent. The bible says he passes by people all the time and they are not aware. the true believers in Jesus Christ are fitly framed stones in the temple of God, built up an habitation to the Lord. In the OT God had a temple for his people, in the NT he has his people for a temple. The kingdom of heaven is within you. If you want to hear the true gospel preached check the link.

It is the belief that Jesus never died on the cross but was a 'being of light' and therefore only his material form expired.

It is also the belief that many Christians have that they can get 'special dispensation' if they say they 'believe' in Christs crucifixion and his 'taking on of their sins'. Easy way to screw someone over and think you are already 'forgiven'.

In truth, if the stories are to be believed and followed dogmatically, is that Jesus will not return until a certain point in time is reached. That point in time heralds the 'end of times' in some circles (the Apocalypse) and in other circles it is simply a 'Revelation' of his divinity. If you look up the word 'Apocalypse' it derives from the original Greek which means 'To Reveal'.

Many Christians pay mere lip service to their beliefs and have not read the Bible at all or have only read small passages. this comes from the mistaken belief that they can find in the Bible a certain passage that they feel "God speaks to them through'.

Any book can be used this way, and many written works have been used in this method as a form of 'divination'. This is why many modern followers of both the Christian and Islamic faiths can be said to be 'truly Pagan' in their beliefs and practices.

Her statement follows this line of reasoning in that she really has not read the book herself, but instead is trusting someone else's interpretation of the Bible.

"Jesus is here already" is usually the thought that he has never truly left the human population and that his miracles are everywhere.

It is a nice feeling to think that despite your relatively poor lot in life, you can still say that 'someone cares about you'. For someone in the position she is in, that is probably a comfort that she needs to draw strongly upon every day.

I do not wish to remove her strength that she is able to draw from this misguided belief, as it may be her only strength.

But it is still a misguided, uninformed, completely false belief that she has Jesus standing next to her doing anything to alleviate her miseries and troubles in life.

In a couple weeks, we celebrate Christmas, which commemorates Jesus' birth in the little town of Bethlehem over 2,000 years ago. And when we celebrate it, we remembere how He was born in very humble circumstances: in a stable, with a feeding trough for a cradle. Almost no one paid any attention to His birth.

But Jesus' second coming will be far different! Instead of being born in obscurity, He will come again with glory and power, accompanied by all the angels of Heaven. Jesus said, "When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his throne in heavenly glory" (Matthew 25:31). When He comes again, His true identity as the Son of God and the King of kings will be fully revealed.

Furthermore, the Bible teaches that when He comes the whole earth will behold Him—instantly and completely. The Bible says, "Look, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him" (Revelation 1:7). For those who have believed in Him it will be a glorious day—but for those who have refused to believe in Him, it will be a day of mourning. For them it will be too late.

Yes, someday Christ will return. We can barely imagine what it will be like, for it will be far more glorious than anything we can picture. But are you ready for that day? You can be, by giving your life to Christ and becoming His follower today.

Jesus warned that many would come in His name. But the bible is clear and leaves no room for erro on this. In acts chapter one when Jesus is ascending up to His Father two angels stood by the crowd explaining that this is the same way Jesus will return. Revalation 1:7 says He will come in the clouds and every eye shall see him. He is not here now. I can assure you of this. She is certainly a poor woman not just by the lack of things physical but things spiritual. She said this obviously without a good knowledge of the Word of God and of Jesus. She is doubly poor and if she has really known Jesus she would be rich physically and spiritually.

Jesus lives in your heart if you love Him. If not He's coming back in a few years.

I've heard people say both Jesus and Satan are already here, I don't know what they mean either.

Jesus did say he could be found everywhere you look for him.
