Think about it before you answer please. Judas was an apostle. He did miracles with the others. He betrayed Jesus and grief caused him to commit suicide.

Was he saved? I dont.

I beleive suicide is a ticket to hell.

Like a Jack Chick comic book, or those little things that look like dollar bills when they are folded--but when you open them up, it says something like "Tricked you! Just like Satan tries to trick us all into sin. But Jesus helps us find the true answers."

I am trying to think what atheists are like. They could just answer that they are atheists and that is it. Some have said that they are opposed to God and so have no fear in anything. But I may be wrong, because if they live anywhere except in no-man's land, they would be subject to the laws of the country they live in. Because in my perspective, anyone who is fearless of God has no limit or restricition for him to do anything. Well, I suppose only those who are learned will ascribe to the atheism. Even the illiterates, they somehow are afraid of spirit beings. So what is the definition of an atheist. Are they only godless but not civil-less? Anyone can help to clarify an atheist. Thanks.

Why don't abortionists believe that we have GROWN in the womb "one cell at a time"? And that each cell TOWARD LIFE is as important as the next?

Is it simply a mistaken observation, or do an abundance of religiously minded people here have difficulty with the English language? I suppose that is why I would be more likely to have faith in God than in mankind. At least God does not ceaslessly dissapoint me with ignorance.

that the bible also condones eating pork and shell fish, it also says that two different seeds shall be planted in the same fiels, it has instructions on how a man must shave his beard, it has rules about when a man can or can not have sex with a woman. The bible condones owning slaves. So OK i can hear it that is in the old testament ok, well why is it that Christian are not tougher on people who get divorced. Why is it that Christians pick and choose the pieces out of the bible that are convient for them, its not a buffet

What exactly do you guys mean when you say you want prayer back in school? (for those of you who do) What is it that you are asking for? A special set aside "prayer time"? A group prayer? A morning prayer over the intercom? I am NOT trying to be rude, just trying to see what "prayer in school" means to you. I have another question I'll ask in a minute, but I felt this should be asked first, before I jump to conclusions.

More and more people today believe there is a devil, yet refuse to believe in a good higher power.

Why do you think that is? I know, I am bracing myself for the angry, ignorant responses, but am looking forward to the thought out ones.

Hadith "The Promise of the Stone and the tree."
Book 041, Number 6981:

Ibn 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: You will fight against the Jews and you will kill them until even a stone would say: Come here, Muslim, there is a Jew (hiding himself behind me) kill him."

This Hadith is used to teach Muslims in American Mosques. Do you think Islam is peaceful religion?

more details on the orgin of Christmas. Being that Dec. 25th was celebrated as a Roman Pagan holiday to the sun god Mirtha prior to the birth of Christ and being that God tells us not to take part in the celebrations and festivals of Pagan holidays and beingthat Jesus was probably born in fall rather than Dec., how do we as Christians justify celebrating Jesus' birth on this past Pagan holiday? I know Constatine originated it as a celebration of Jesus' birth, but, are we wrong for partaking in it on this day due to the 25th's past celebration? I have a tree up this year and I am celebrating, but I just have begun to wonder. Any thoughts on this from fellow Christians? The last thing I want to do is disobey the commands of God.

I'm talking about people who use terms like 'Jewish Child', 'Christian Child', 'Muslim Child', etc. A child (babies especially) are in capable of deciding what they believe in. They have no concept of 'god' much less what religion they believe in.
Isn't it absurd to give a child such a label? Would you call a baby a 'Republican child' or a 'liberal child'?
To preempt the argument I'm sure will be put forward: Indoctrinating a child through a baptism or any other sort of ceremony does not change the fact that the child is completely unaware of the beliefs that his or her parents are forcing on them.
