I'm just wondering, since the person is no longer here, so what's the point? If the person knows the visitor has the heart to visit, isn't that enough?

I mean look at all the evidance in The Quran all that evidence that wasent proved true untill 1000 years later. How can our Great Prophet Muhhamd know all that? And no one has been ever able to produce one whole chapter in the Quran not even the smallest Chapter with ten words. No one was able to immitate the writings of Allah.

As a Christian I believe in the bible as absolute truth. This takes faith in things I cannot prove or see. Many years ago a man took everything out of the bible that could not be proved by fact or history and ended up with just over 30 pages. Today that might increase by a couple hundred still well shy of the over 1700 pages in my bible. With my faith I take all 1700 plus pages as fact. On your side I hear you say science and math proves the bible wrong. I say you have to have more faith than I do. You take theories that men have come up with and use their numbers to try and prove these theories. I believe the odds of a man and a woman evolving at the same time in the same place takes more faith than Beliving in God. Carbon dating takes faith that carbon really does break down at the same rate over not just the hundreds or few thousand years they can get a date at but over millions or hundreds of millions. Especially when there can be variences over just a few hundred years.

First off I am NOT A christian....

Secondly several christians have tried to explain this to me and it throws me off...
They say Jesus is the son of god, and god is the father, and then they say God and Jesus are the same, that the father and the son is the same....I don't understand. How can Jesus be the son of God if he is god? If he is god why did he say at the cross "Father why have you forsaken me?" If he was god he would not say that(unless he was talking to himself)...can anyone give an explanation of the Trinity that does not contradict itself?....

THis question was asked with no intention of insulting the Christian religion

I had a conversation with a muslim friend and he got all upset when I quoted the bible as saying Isaac was considered the heir to the promised land and that Ishmael was not cursed by god but was considered illegitimate heir because he was born out of marriage to Hagar. He went off and argued this and that. Just wanting some opinions as why muslims are so sensitive to this issue when they supposedly accept the old testament as factual. The old testament is pretty clear on the subject that Ishmael was not cursed but blessed by god but he was not considered heir to Abraham.

I know there are pleanty of good, honest questions here, but it does seem as if quite a lot of people are useing it just to insult and question other people's beliefs. why?
I mean, it does seem a lot more numerious in this category than any other. Anyone agree?

I read a book on popular music but the book does not really give details on what it defines as techniques in pop music that evokes a sensual repsonse so if anyone likes to contribute info please gimme and also provide sources and links as I want to read up and not just read a paragraph or two so thank you.

Was Hitler part of his plan too? Since Hitler was raised a Catholic and led a nation of Christians, and the Vatican approved (at least initially) of German and Italian fascism, it would seem that killing Jews was part of God's plan.

If it was part of Satan's plan, then God's plan must therefore allow for Satan, right? So, that would REALLY be a part of God's plan after all.

After 9/11 attack, everybody become so prejudice toward them. Don't u think they're actually doesn't deserve this? after all, just because one makes mistake, doesn't make all bad.

If Iran succeeds in attacking Israel?

Ezekiel 38
I am against you, O Gog... After many days you will be called to arms. In future years you will invade a land that has recovered from war, whose people were gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate. [Israel did not even exist as a nation, was "desolate", from 70 AD till 1948] When Gog attacks the land of Israel, my hot anger will be aroused ... In my zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel ... I will summon a sword against Gog on all my mountains ... I will execute judgment upon him with plague and bloodshed; I will pour down torrents of rain, hailstones and burning sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him.
