You got it right. In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

You have a few interesting points here. So lets start at the top.
Is everything part of God’s plan? Most would say yes. However this would be in correct. Eph 2:10 will explain to us that God does have a plan for each and every one of us and that we should do His will. Moreover, it is up to us to fulfill the Will of God because God will not force us to do that, which we do not want to do. On the other hand satan also has a plan for us, he knows how to get each and everyone of use to go against the Plan that God has given us to do.
It is our free will choice that God does not control and satan wants to control.
Yes Hitler was raised a Catholic and if my memory of Hitler serves me right his mother was a jew. That is quite a mix of religions. On the one hand the catholic church puts the doctrine of men before the doctrines of God. They do not follow the word of God. Now as for the “jews” as a religious group they are no longer Gods people, God left the temple when His Son died on the cross. In fact I believe that He had left years before that. The “jews” had committed so many abominations before God, had so many other “gods” and they refused the truth when it came to them that God turned His back on them as a nation.
However, this does not mean that in either case the people in those (and other religions, denominations) cannot turn back to the One True God and be saved.
Again it goes back to their choice and do they study to show themselves approved of God?

I think that your reasoning may have some holes in it. Suffice it to say that the Catholic Church is not the authority on Christianity although it is one of the moving factors in interpreting this concept, whether we like it or not. Money is power and the Catholic church exudes this power, sometime at the expense of others. Free will is the driving force in the era refered to or any other era. God's plan is simply a general guideline established so that freewill can inject its humanity into it for the good or detriment of the world. God is the pupateer who at the end of the day knows exactly why the day progressed as it did. Hitler, Jesus, Saddam, or Billy Grahm are simply carriers of the flags of good and evil which have to inject their influence on history to make it the type of world that free will might shape.

God is not a Christian nor is Jesus.
No one knows Gods plan, what happen in the past is gone, what will happen in the future is of no concern, what will happen each moment is of concern, what happens to Hitler is not our concern as for as we all know for sure he is dead, but look at all the enjoyment he had while he was alive, he brought his people from poverty to middle class, and was doing away with all he disliked, So one could say he played out, the coming of Jesus, by saving his people that worshiped him & all that died beliving in him went to heaven with him, condemned thoes who did not worship him and sent them to hell and in the end of times he brought the distruction of there homeland leaving it to the meek. So Hitler was God! Did Hitler loose by killing himself because people now call him a coward, no he won, how he did as he pleased and wanted with the blessing of his people. So if Hitler is not God did he give us a preview of the God to come.

You are very confused. It is very simple try not to have confused thoughts. God had a plan for Hitler too. However, Hitler had freewill and he excercised his freewill and choose to follow Satans plan. Hitler lived in the flesh and he did what he wanted to do to get his selfish satisfaction from his fleshly desires. He did not live in the spirit and follow Gods plan for his life. If Hitler would have followed God, there would not have been the hate crimes, the cruel deaths and the pain and suffering. This is Satans decpetion, many have choosen Satans way...that is why we have pain, suffering and crime here on earth. I hope you choose wisely.

"God's" plan is only science, the laws of cause and effect (karma), the laws of physics. Nothing more than that, but "that" happens to be everything. We have free will to interact with these laws. We are responsible for the ignorance in the world. We. Us. Ourselves. There is no divine plan, other than these laws, and they work perfectly.

in accordance to those who're more desirable smart and bigger non secular than me, god has a objective and reason behind each thing lower than the heaven. so, he does has a plan for each thing. Do I realize it? No! I actually have given up attempting to determine it out. I only settle for that His innovations aren't to any extent further my innovations and His time isn't my time. and that i pass on... **now** about punching little previous women... fairly?
