truly... i thanks allah alot that i am a muslim
and when i came here i found many people critisizing islam for nonsenses with no proofs,

Islam is not phylosophical principle, or a spiritual thinking.. it is a life..... Yes.. it is a life that organises my life in every thing..every thing... in my social life, private life, work, wars, policies , treating others, ... etc... ..

Mohammed (BPUH) was sent 1400 years ago... and u can find now scientisits of biology, physics, astronomy and each field when they read it and understabds it, the convert to it....

Why? because Mohammed (PBUH) was not an inventor..he was a messenger from Allah who created that all and created that science.... and when muslims were opened to the new sciences and technologies, they found it in harmony in islam and , for your knowledge, begin to find out wonderful miracles in their quran and sunnah.

i am not here to convert u.... i am here to say my opinion about your shallow world...

couple questions...

do you support the death penalty and why.

if you dont, why and what punishment do you see fit for a murderer.

my point is, if a person kills another person in cold blood (not self defense or by reason of insanity) and is proven guilty WITHOUT A DOUBT why shouldnt that person be put to death? dont say human rights and dont say anything religious. the killer did not have those thoughts in mind while committing his crime.

the victim was not given an option of rights before he/she was murdered.

"punishing" someone the rest of their life is not the answer. they still get 3 meals a day and a warm place to sleep. it is a burden on the taxpayers.

I am a sophomore in High School and like in the North-Eastern part of Ohio. I attend an Assembly of God church, but I don't have to attend a college of that denomination. Is there any good Christian colleges in Ohio or Pennsylvania that you would recommend? Also, New York (City) would be a good possibility too, I love that city. I'm looking to have a Bachelors degree in something, possibly Psychology, Counseling or something close to these.

*If you go/went to a college around here, please tell how it is.

**I don't care really how much it costs or the grade avg. I would like a list of the colleges you can think of.

god doesn't want us to find him/her? What if when you get to heaven, and he/she isn't there? Lets say that by finding god you upset the whole balance that he/she created in our conscious uncertainty so that he/she could exist for an eternity on vacation from the toils and troubles of maintaining this universe. I'm just wondering what it would be like if the quest for god was abandoned. My actual question is : "Why is there any form of uncertainity, if consciousness is the foundation of all being?" If consciousness is the foundation of all being, then why does god exist?

And I hope I don't come off sounding rude. I'm just wondering, because some people can be really stupid and say that all Muslims are evil or whatever, and I totally disagree with these people! I want to be able to tell them about the peaceful Muslims who are not the extremists that we generally hear about on the news.

There are millions of americans who get offended because they don't celebrate christmas.

When you display your house for christmas you are infringing on my right as an american!!!

I mean the idea of entrusting one small group of people to accurately transmit information not only across space, but also through vast amounts of time and language translations is not the act of a smart being. People can't even keep their stories straight when they get in a circle and whisper a sentence from person to person until it comes out garbled on the other side. Here's my question, and I'd prefer an answer backed up w/ a scripture if possible. I am in my 2nd marriage, and my husband is too. We are currently seperated for a couple of different reasons. I am taking our seperation as a time for us to get our lives right with God. I don't know His purpose for me or for him. But I do know that this seperation has a purpose. Or at least I believe it does. He looks at it as God saying this marriage is not what God has for him. I know God has not told him that (I can't explain why with only 400 characters left), but he is so discouraged because he doesn't have what he wants right now that he is only looking at things negatively. He asked me "How could God be in this marriage when he disobeyed him by divorcing his first wife" As if our marriage just could not be blessed by God. I don't know how to answer him without it being my opinion. Before I married him I asked God and he told me yes. I don't know if he asked God or not. Anybody have any suggestion

One of my dreams I was lost in the woods and I couldn't find my way out and it was getting dark.I started to run because I knew if it got dark I would be there for the night. I remember running and not going any where! Last night I dreamt that I was with a friend somewhere in my car. We parked the car and got out and was walking somewhere and she asked me for my car keys cause she wanted to get something out of my car. I gave her the keys and kept walking around and of course she never came back. There I was walking and I had no clue as to where I was. Then I started to call out her name a few times but I never found her and that's all I can remember! I have been having these kind of dreams for around a couple of years. Any suggestions?

Don't some people use this as a cop out to be bad? I mean what about the good everyday guy/girl who makes mistakes and learns in life without using this method, does that mean he will be going to "hell" or what??
