No thats not correct, although i am a arabic beliver in allah , to belive and submit to allah is called Islam. To be an arab, does not mean that you must belive in Allah . To do this agian is caaaleed Islam. There are alot of Arabs taht are christians for example.

If you speak Arabic and you believe in one God then you believe in Allah, no matter what your religion. "Allah" is just Arabic for "The (one) God". Muslims use this name because they believe Arabic is a sacred language. Jesus spoke Aramaic, which is related to Arabic, and he called God "Eli", according to Matthew's gospel.

it is not necessary to be an Arab to believe in Allah (god) and I'm a Muslim and i believe in God yet many of my friends who r not Muslims also believe in God
