And I hope I don't come off sounding rude. I'm just wondering, because some people can be really stupid and say that all Muslims are evil or whatever, and I totally disagree with these people! I want to be able to tell them about the peaceful Muslims who are not the extremists that we generally hear about on the news.
Could you guess sort of a percentage or something?? Or anything would help please.

im not a muslim but i doubt you would get an honest ans from one.
Accoding to some reports 10-15% are terrorists in the middle east. Not all are active in terrorist activities. The number is very hard to gauge. However support for terrorist groups like hamazz and hezbollah is very large and is in the overwhelming majority.
Just so you know terrorist group dont just fight. They often build schools and run them. Do charity work. etc They are political power houses. If they were just fighters it would be easier to get ride of them.

Sure, but first as a Muslim I would like to thank you forbeing openmineded towards our religon. It really is nice of you. There are said to be between 1.3 - 1.5 billion Muslims in the world. I would say maby about only 20 perecnt of these peopel are extremest, most of us , including myself, belive taht Allah (swb) will take care of us and we just try to let derogiatory comments go.
