I am not sure of the seriousness of your question, but as a person who has experienced the medical field - there is NO WAY a hospital or doctor would allow a patient to come in with a bullet wound and not prepare for surgery to remove immediately unless the bullet was deeply lodged in some area that would cause even more trauma or death; or that the surgeon would not want to seek additional information, or help to determine what the right thing to do would be. Even for a person without insurance coverage- the desire for medical personnel is to save t he person. Many states and cities have hospitals that focus solely on traumas such as gunshot wounds, knife injuries and other immediate injuries that require immediate attention. Many of these hospitals are 'teaching/training " hospitals to attract those up and coming physicians who desire to learn the ropes on the 'hard line'. There would be no real instructions to give you unless you believe that someone could truly "heal themselves". It would not be wise. Your only hope would be 1_ prayer 2) try to stop the bleeding 3) get to the nearest hospital for xrays (determine where the bullet is lodged and if other intimate organs are part of the trauma 4) remove the bullet 5) smile and help the patient recover.

Make sure the wound hasn't caused internal injuries first. If you can dig out the bullet, clean the wound with peroxide then stitch it closed with a good clean fishing line or get your *** to a hospital.

Try to stop the bleeding by direct compression on the wound. Call 911

Wash it out with some alcohol, stuff a rag in it and look for a hospital ASAP.
