For e.g Keeping ur beliefs & religion personal/secret ,Stop praying or showing any religious sign in public etc.....

No person needs to change their belief in order to form one big "happy" religion. That is impossible and the people that want a religion like that were not true to their faith in the first place. I'm not saying we should hate other people and their religion but tolerance is more important than creating an all in one faith.
