It seems we often think of the wealthy as virtuous, hard workers who "earned it", but didn't Jesus say it was better to be poor?

As a member of a country that has taken all that is sacred out of marriage i dont understand why so many people are still against homosexual marriage. we have shows like Bridezilla and talk shows have a special wedding series where couples compete for the wedding of their dreams. OUr divorce rate is near 50% and you can go to las vegas get drunk off your *** get married and then when you sober up in the morning get it annuled because it was a mistake.

Please let me know what you think and if you quote something tell me y u think its correct

Choices are made in the brain, which is made of matter, which follows the laws of physics. There is no question of choice involved. In case it operates on quantum structures (We don't know yet), there will be elements of true randomness. This is like flipping a coin, and is not a component of free will.

Again I say that free will is an illusion. It's an important illusion. Otherwise we may go crazy. But in reality, it is fake.

...I say that I don't believe anyone knows the truth about god(s)? And that because of this, I don't believe any religion on earth is right?

Why? I'm curious. Please explain.

How come if Jesus born in Jerusalen the images of him that I have seen in Catholic temple (and I am referring to this particular temple since this has been the only one I had visit) are about a Jesus with white-skin color and blue eyes? Isn´t this racist or perhaps some people from the catholic community think that a white person is the image of love, pure, etc etc.

What do you think?.... (please don´t condem me to hell lol )

My wife and I moved into a hundred year old house three years ago and from the beginning we noticed small things, like movement out of the corner of your eye, or odd feelings, but lately we think that whatever is in this house with us is playing with our son and his toys. Jackson, my son, is 15 months old and is constantly laughing and pointing at nothing. Sometimes he "chases" his imagination around the table or jabbers to thin air. All this COULD be normal behaviour for an infant, but in the past week or so, his toys are moving themselves and turning on and off. Last week The downstairs was a mess after my wife went to work, toys all over the place, and I took Jackson upstairs for his nap and when I came downstairs all the toys were put away. Yesterday I was sitting by a keyboard toy and it started to play one of the pre recorded songs on it. I KNOW that it was not turned on, because I turned it off about 30 minutes before.

Did you know that if you choose to be joyful enough, it's physically impossible to get angry, fret, stew, or worry?

And that if you choose it often enough, it's physically impossible to be broke, sick, lonely, or confused.

Oh yeah. Some things really are impossible.
