For the Jew pork is to be avoided, not because it is the logical thing to do, but because doing so separates the Jew from the others. Jews are a people set apart.

For the Muslim pork is to be avoided because it is the logical thing to do. Swine are dirty, filthy, riddled with parasites and eating one will not only destroy your body, but will imperil your very soul. You cannot enter heaven will a single molecule of pork on your body. Do you want to burn in hell for eternity for touching pork??

In Christianity, Jesus took what was once unclean, and has made all things clean. It is no longer what enters the body that makes you unclean, but what proceed from the body.

It is not bad. But everything needs to be used in moderation. Think that in a traditional society,a big family would probably be eating a medium pork in a whole year. So they would have some on a holiday, as a "good" meal, and they would keep some in form of sausages or smoked ham or something to have some like once a week or once a fortnight. So if you eat that much, it is OK.

Plus, what is good about pork is that fat is separated quite visibly from the rest of the meat, and you can take it out.

There are enough hormones a chop to make your tyroid go bonkers ie: added weight, irregular menstral cycles, artifical aging. There is the same amount of antibiotics in 2 chops as there is in a average persciption for a grown adult. yhese antibiotica shut down your immune system. It is like cooking everything you eat in a microwave. these shut down your immune system too. There are no controls because there is so much money at stake. If they stop the shots then the pigs will die of massive infections and we will get these plus the treat of tricinosis is present as well. there is more but that should be enough for now eh!

First of all from the bible perspective, in the beginning when the 'rules' were applied, the rules were created to expose sin. Pork was considered unclean. God then several times deemed all foods acceptable. God said He created all and all things created by Him were good. The bible says it is not what you put in your mouth that defiles you, but what comes out of your mouth that defiles you. Eatting pork is not sinful. Now with that I lived on a pig farm .Pigs do not sweat or excreat sweat from their hooves. So all the toxins are left in their body. Pigs drink curdled milk and eat rotten food. In las vegas all the buffet food gets put in a vat and cooked and it really stinks, it is then dumped in the pig pens all over them in their ears in their eyes etc...hence the term slopping the pigs. They are actually pulling silverware out of the slop. This is how the number one hog farmer in the US feeds his pigs, the pork that you eat.It is a shear case of you are what you eat. If this does not bother you, then eat up, but rest assure it is no sin to eat pork. Kinda gross huh?

Actually, I think the whole thing was a very ironic joke by God. Good tasteing food is BAD for you...while the bland foods are the ones that are GOOD for you.
I'd go so far to say this proves the existence of God...it seems TOO ironic!

Pigs do not have any sweat glands, so all of the toxic waste do have flavor if you like to eat poison meat from an animal that eats everything including waste from them, and other animals.

The book of Leviticus will tell you what animal is good or bad. It is not a sin to eat scavenger meat, it is just not healthy for you to eat animals that eat rotten dead flesh...
