I've heard arguments that Logic can lead to belief in God, but what about a specific religion?

I agree with all the others; logic almost invariably leads one away from faith (I suppose that would be the point of logic ...). For more about this, you should read "Why I Am Not A Christian," by one of the twentieth century's greatest logicians, Bertrand Russell. It's a quick read from an extremely intelligent source.

PS - Atheism doesn't have to be evil.

Logic has lead many people to Christianity, some of these were intellectuals like C,S, Lewis.

If logic leads one to believe that the universe had a beginning and a creator, then one may question which religion is the most logical.

This brings you to the point of comparative revelation. How does God reveal himself to humans? Does someone receive divine revelation by sitting under a tree (Buddha). Or, does one simply walk out of a cave and claim that he is God's prophet (Mohammed). Or, does divine revelation require that it have a divine origin. If someone says he is the Son of God come down to earth (Jesus) then that is quite a claim. For his proof he dies a most horrible death, and is resurrected and ascends into heaven... really. Without the historic death and resurrection there is no Christianity.

No. And if logic could ever lead to a specific religion that would not be Christianity that says that a just and loving God was unable to forgive sins without someone being crucified for it and that this God sends people to hell forever if they don't believe in this.

Logic and science both lead to God. People who believe otherwise should open their eyes because there is proof all around them that an almighty, all powerful, all knowing God exists.
