...that there are still people that thinks the earth isnt 6000 years old. I thought we had that subject sorted out. Didnt the creationists win that argument?

engage in premarital sex etc. Even having relations with anyone who is not your original spouse is adultery. So if you divorced and remarried, every time you have relations with your second spouse, you are committing adultery. What do you think of that?

Someone posted a question, rather a statement saying that they didn't believe in miracles anymore. I could understand how one can lose faith by things that might have gone completely wrong, but all you need is the smallest grain of hope & faith to go on. Miracles surround us everyday in every way. Waking up, being able to see the stars in the sky up above, every step we take, every breath we take, every thing that we are able to do in everyday life is a miracle. We might not see it, but in everyway, someone who is less fortunate than we are may envy us. Because even if we don't mean to, we take for granted what we are able to do everyday. Everyday in life is a miracle... Do you agree?

can anyone give me one reference to a protest that was made against islamic fascism or islamic terrorism? some say the media doest ever show it, but they dont realize that nearly the entire media is left-leaning. the islamo-communist news organization CNN never shows muslims protesting against their violence, why is that? even as theyre killing themselves in iraq! oh and protests for peace dont count. anyone can protest for peace, and there are some radical muslims who want peace...but only among themselves. just one protest BY muslims against *islamic terrorism*.
oh and here's a story about one muslim who actually wrote a letter criticizing bin laden, and how he ws treated by fellow muslims and a mosque afterwards: http://www.tulsaworld.com/NewsStory.asp?ID=061201_Ne_A16_Local20348

I got a Christmas card in the mail today from my husbands Aunt. It speaks of my husband, myself and our two small children. Professing the nature of our wicked ways and to "wake up God is calling out to us" she stated. It also goes on to talk about how we are sinners, the end is near and we have little time left. She is asking us to take God in our hearts and life. My question is we see this woman maybe once a year we do not communicate by phone nor email. I ask how does she know my wicked ways if she doesnt know me or my children? I want to know where in the Bible it states not to judge and anything you all know about how I can in turn write a few of my own words back to her. Please help me as I am SICK SICK of her passing judgement onto me and especialy my children. Christians are suppost to be less judgemental or not??

Can anybody explain to me how exactly did his death take care of our sins?
Is there some sort of a manual that God uses that says "In case of too much sin going on, one has to send his son to death".

i think i might really need it. i miss my family i haven't seen in over six years. the only family i have are my "friends" but they have been so negative and mean to me lately. i feel hurt and depressed and I hate the holidays because they make me feel alone. What can I do to get rid of the negativity around me because I feel like the only thing I can do is run and hide. I am soooo hurt. I feel like i can't trust anyone

Being an atheist, I do not beleive in Heaven, Hell nor Gods.

However, in an earlier posting, I saw a comment that Satan was initially an angel who revolted against God, who then kicked Satan out of Heaven. And "Satan created Hell." Is this factual? Did Satan create Hell in the Christian tradition??

According to Islam - Was Mary a prophet of God also, or was she simply the Prophet Isa's mother? Obviously she was someone very special since there is entire Surah in the Quran devoted to her. Being a prophet would make her masoom (sinless) and I have not read this though.
