Consider this hypothetical: Members of a particular religious sect firmly believe that receiving medical treatment of any kind (including medication and surgery) demonstrates a lack of faith in God’s power to heal, and thus their religion forbids medical intervention. The members of the Doe family are all members of this religious sect. Last month, State welfare case workers discovered that the Doe’s two year old child was home with a fever of 104 degrees and other symptoms of a life-threatening illness. The State welfare workers took the child against the wishes of the parents and had the child admitted to a hospital for treatment. The parents immediately went to court and asked for an emergency injunction stopping any medical treatment. The parents’ protest is based solely on the sincere religious belief that any such treatment will condemn their child’s soul to hellon the sometimes conflicting “establishment” and “free exercise” clauses of the First Amendment, how should this case be decided under the Constitution?.

Your child is starving and you pass an apple stand... would you not take an apple to feed your child?

A burgler enters your house....you have a choice...kill the m***** F******, or leave him to be... do what he wants to your family!

What would you do?
Would it then be a sin in the eyes of God?
Or do you think that the laws of God are not written in black and white?

Why do you mock our religion? We have done nothing wrong. Are you mad that we feel love for an innocent man beaten to death and hung on a cross. Do you hate us because we pray for the sick, poor and needy. Do you want us to die because we care deeply about something. Has something so terrible happened to you that you feel the need to blame God, are you that hurt? If you hate our religion do you hate us too....why? I think of what Jesus went through for you and how you just bruise him even more. How can you hate him when he died for you when he went through endless torture for you to have a better life. Do you even know what he went through....beaten half to death with a whip, he survived. Most people died because the whip had torn the skin from their body, and when they stood up their organs fell out. You have no idea what he went through to save you. Are you angry that he still loves you? Why do mock him??????????

God bless India! what would happen if India split into hundreds of smaller countries which inslaved their people and yet had no over all power. Isn't it the same as having lots of small gods? They can't be very strong if they have to compete with each other. One god doing this and another doing that...

Do you think they're in rebelion from the one true God Jehovah? I do, but who am I to say?

Ok...so there a good amount of Atheists floating around here. And they all seem to not believe in god...but what they Don't know is god is waiting with a lake of fire for them after they die, in which they will all be pitched into for eternity. So...will you drink this grape kool-aid now?

When was it decided to include the 66 books found in the protestant Bible?

Who made the decision to accept some books and reject others?

What was the basis of their decisions?

Why are these books not in synch with the Bible used by the Roman Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church?

Don't answer yet, here are a few things to think about. The Universe is bigger than anyone can even imagine. With in it are trillions and trillions of stars that are very similar to our own sun. Of all of this cosmic real estate we are only known to be on this one, Earth. Of all of this real estate in the universe we would die instantly in about 99.9999999999999...% of it. Even our own planet is mostly inhospitable. Unaided by modern technology we can only survive on about one third of it. Even in this small fraction of our own planet we face numerous life threatening dangers (predators, poisonous plants, exposure to elements, even ourselves).

If the Universe was created JUST for US, that's a tremendous waste wouldn't you say... not to mention not a very well thought out home since it is filled with danger.
