Last time I checked nothing in the bible said he couldn't and wouldn't change his mind. And if he can't be stopped, wouldn't it make sense to pray to god to take this evil dipshit out of the power position he has to limit people's lives?

All material things (trees, cats, cars, etc.) can change. Spirits (angels, devils, God) can't, because space-time doesn't exist in the same way for them.
Humans are part material (body) and part spirit (soul). As long as we have our bodies, we can change: bad people can repent and become good, good people can turn bad. Once we die, we can't change what we're like. If we die hating God, we can never stop hating him.
All the angels, right when they were created back at the beginning of time, were given a choice whether to love God or hate him. (Since angels learn instantly, they made a totally informed decision.) Satan and some others decided to hate God, and became devils. Once they'd made that choice, they couldn't change their minds, any more than the good angels can change their minds and become bad.
While I'm not sure if the Bible says Satan can't change his mind, the Book of Revelation implies that he's not going to, since it has "the ancient serpent" (Satan) cast into the lake of fire at the end of time.
One more thing: Satan cannot make anyone do anything against their will. He's just really good at making you notice the bad things you already kinda want to do.

Because, we don't pray to Satan, second he wouldn't listen to us anyway. Think of all the evil in the world, the hate, the disobiedience, the lying, the murders.... do you honestly think he wants to repent, obviously you've seen how other people are about it, what makes you think Satan's any better, he is the one who has instilled the thoughts in people that there is no God or that we don't need Him or that there is no need for repentence. Now a person can easily do that, so think of how much Satan doesn't want to repent, the thought probably never enters his mind.

Satan had perfect knowledge of God. He stood in the presence of God. Once he made his decision to rebel, his decision was ratified for all eternity. Most people don't know this (because they haven't read the Bible in its entirety) but angels have free will, just like humans. They can choose to rebel against God but once they make that decision it is eternally ratified.

It is appointed unto man once to die, and then the judgement. Humans have until death to repent. But once death comes, our decision to not humble ourselves and ask for God's forgiveness for our selfish acts will be eternally ratified. No one is perfect but heaven requires perfection -- it can only come to us through Jesus's blood.

i think that Satan has already been turned over to a reprobate mind and there is way for him to come back to his senses. he was in the very presence of God and given the highest authority in heaven, the second in command so to speak, yet sin still took him down. his fate is already sealed!!

Because he will be cast into the lake of fire . And since he was one of the most beautiful angels and thought he was better than God he has nothing to apologize for

lol
Satan is the father of lies.
He aint gunna repent n'matter whut.

Satan's been given domain over the Earth for a while then he'll be destroyed.

He tries to trick people into thinking God doesn't exist. (it works too)

It is written that he will control the world for 7 years, then the Lord will cast him, the antichrist, and the false prophet into the eternal lake of fire.
