If man goes back to the dust from which they came than so do the animals, only difference is that man will be rasied back up. No one is in heaven but the Father and Jesus and some angels.
No one is in hell either for hell is nothing but being burried. There is the Lake of Fire though. Think about it. When the 2 Mary's went to see Jesus in the tomb he was not there, Hias whole body was gone. I bet if you go and dig soem graves I bet you find bodies. They did not find Jesus' body

I believe that they stay right around you, but live in the spirit realm. Sometimes in the past I have "Felt their presence" just like I do with deceased people from time to time.

The air gets cooler in the spot where their energy is, and you can put your hand out and feel it.

Of course God cares about this. What lots of people don't realize is that God put these precious animals here on earth with us to teach us about life.

When a dog is old and sick, for example ,if you watch and keep it at home when its time to die, (especially if you have more than one dog) they get together in a group and sit a vigil. They are not sad, per say, but very accepting of whats happening. Also watch the one that's dying. they go forward quite willingly....

People have a lot to learn by knowing and watching this. The American Indians and all the indigenous peoples of the planet have always known this.....

I believe they go to the same place I will go when I die... back to dust, and in man's case, back into God's memory until the resurrection. And I hope I am not being hard-hearted! I have had several pets that I have had to have put down just in the last year, and I have been heartbroken over each and every one, but the Bible tells me that once I am resurrected, I will not remember the old things, for they will have passed away ( Rev 21:4 ) I will not remember the pain of losing a pet! Until then, I keep them in my memory.

The bible said that when Jesus was baptised, the holy spirit came "like the spirit of a dove", which I take to mean that animals have spirits, i.e. souls, so I believe that any creature with the capacity to love has a soul, and if they have a soul, they go to heaven, non-humans of course, since animals can't really sin. I know that my dogs and cats have souls, I can see it in their eyes, so I have no doubt about that. I fully believe my lost ones are waiting for me in heaven.

to heaven off course, where we will meet up with them eventually.

And from studying the bible ... our pets will be able to speak to us. Isn't that something!!

You might want to have a look at this neat little website I have been spending quite some time on, has a few great books listed on pets and heaven.

I really believe they go to pet heaven. I fully expect to see my dead dog, and my dead cats, and my dead birds in Heaven when I get there.

I have to believe they go to heaven. Here is a really good argument for this:

i don't believe that animals have souls so in that case they just stop existing. only humans were created in the image of God and have souls.
