Recently I saw a question regarding atheism and Christianity with a very "militant" (to say the least) bias against Christianity, to which I replied with a fitting answer in favor of Christianity. The author of the question in turn called me "closed-minded" for my religious views. But here's the thing: I have really tried my very best to understand all aspects of the subject of religion. There have been times where I was very doubtful of Christianity, and there have been others where I've been very faithful, as well. But after it all, I find myself believing in the Bible. So how can I be closed-minded if I've tried to see all points of view and, at some times, found myself believing other points of view? Has this term, "closed-minded," lost its meaning? Is it really just a liberal scare tactic to get people like me to shut up? Or is this person right - am I closed-minded for believing in Christ? Tell me.
