Then was Jesus still God while separated from His Father?

If yes, where there then two Gods? (God the Father and God the Son were no longer one God?)

If no, was this not a change in the nature of Jesus?
"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." - Hebrews 13:8

Or did Jesus simply "feel" forsaken by virtue of His human nature?

Reference Psalm 22

God is the light of the heavens and the earth. His light is as if there were a lustrous niche, wherein is a lamp. The lamp is inside a glass-globe. The globe is, as it were, a glittering star. The lamp is lit from the oil of a blessed tree -an olive - neither of the East nor of the West, whose oil well-nigh would shine forth even though fire touched it not. Light upon light! God guides to His light whomsoever He pleases. And God sets forth parables for men, and God knows all things hidden.

Powerful religious women seem to be a threat to the male-oriented religions. Why is this? Even in the "DaVinci Code," a work of pure fiction, one of the things that upset people was the idea that the Holy Grail was Mary Magdalene's womb. Why is the sacred feminine so scary to so many? Not just men--women seem to have just as much of an aversion to it.

I was watching a show on The Discovery Channel about early, early man. They portray the humans as so savage and it doesn't seem accurate to me somehow. This is prehistoric man being discussed...

I feel they were a lot more intelligent and maybe even spritually evolved than we are today. We have so many distractions to keep us from being spiritual beings, where ancient man did not...

Then I thought of how the Bible is telling a completely different tale about the evolving of man...

I think we know very very little about our distant ancestors and scientists and religious scholars are just speculating when they make all these claims...

So does anyone have a theory about any of this? I'd like to hear it...

my family and i`s religion is kinda neutral or we believe in evoultion not god. but one day on the internet i discovered the religion called wicca i think the ideals and beliefs all fit together and would like to become a wiccan but the religion also has to do with some witchcraft(yes it is a offical religion but the number of people in it are slim) i really want to show my parents what its all about but i think they would laugh at me because they don`t believe in magkic (i spelled it right) or witchcrat or the supernatural but i do. i once tried to tell my mom that i thought a ghost was real but she only replied in a sarcastic attitude.i feel like im lieng to them all nad want to tell them. but i really don`t want of be made fun of by the people that matter most to me.so i guess what i really want to know is it okay to believe in something different than your family`s beliefs without telling them?

I know that Heaven is actually nothing like we can imagine. God willing, our souls will reach heaven, but the experience of a soul is completely different from an experience of the body. We will not suffer from hunger for example. But what of the deliciousness of food? Will there be anything like the taste of a freshly grilled to perfection steak?

Give me your thoughts!

(Disclaimer: this is not a serious question. Please do not try to convince to give up my gluttonous way, or something similar).

I felt awkward after watching it, maybe because I haven't read the book. Do you think it is possible, or it's just one of the "end of the world" signs when fake prophets appear and spreading lies? Does it shake your faith even a little bit? Personally, even if it's true, it didn't change the facts that miracles did happen and that God exist and Jesus is His Son. But to see Holy Grail as a woman's womb is very disturbing for me, plus the ritual that Sauniere was performing? Doesn't seem holy at all..It seems more like regular Hollywood sex scenes!
What do you think?

Especially for christians....... If you say that he was always there and quote the words "I AM." in the beginning of the bible then why don't you believe in the big bang theory.... All these people going around here saying that god has always exsisted nobody created him he was always here..... why can't you believe that earth was created from the sun and somehow came into being because that is almost the same reason you provide for god. You say he was always here and nobody created, he just came into being..... it just doesn't make sense to me.... NO OFFENSE TO CHRISTIANS.... I am just curious who created god?

Do you think that we should protect America against religious fanatics who want to take away everyone's rights and make this country a theocracy based on their personal interpretation of the Bible, or should we let fundamentalist homophobic Nazi bigots like Pat Robertson and James Dobson and Jerry Falwell take over the government of America so they can usher in a new Spanish Inquisition to outlaw, imprison, torture and murder those who disagree with them?

Tune into EWTN and watch Father Corapi tonight. The program comes on at 9:00 pm central. When I was going through a phase of rabid conservatism I still loved watching Michael Moore. You should look into everything.
