obviously some Christians believe that the Bible they hold in their hands wasn't just written by God but was edited and collated by God as well. apparently some Christians don't know about the Nicene Council and how it decided which gospels were to be put into the Bible, which were to be left out and how the ones that were kept would be revised to ensure power for the elite. i see Christians saying that they'd not read any newly publicly released gospel because it contradicts the Bible, obviously many failing to understand that the Bible has been rewritten and revised many times to make the text conform to history, religious dogma and "prophesy".
Jesus himself could return and say "but but that's not what I said! That's not what I meant!" and the Christians would rebuke him saying that he contradicts the Bible.

There is quite a large body of alternate writings of the Gospel. It would be a good idea to read everything available before shutting out any idea.
Read "The Lost Years of Jesus Revealed" by Rec. Dr. Charles Francis Potter.

My thoughts are that it is fake. If you read many of these "Lost Gospels" the contradict the Bible. Also when they found these it is consider to be fake. The ink on these documents do not match up with time periods. The media and other people are trying to make money off of this. But the point of all this is to know the real Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord.

The Bible is, and has been complete for a very long time. There are no "lost gospels" or "lost books." God is the author of the Bible, and I really don't think He would have "hidden" or "lost" any of the books. He would not have deprived those who have lived all those years since then until now when the books were "found."
Any of the new discoveries are blasphemy. They are the work of those who are not listening to God, but listening to satan by trying to confuse and lead astray those who read the new books.
Stay away from any and all of them.

No here. The Bible strictly says to not add or go beyond the Bible as far as that goes- There is only the Gospels in the Bible- and that is from GOD.

If this is true, I would definitely buy it, read it, and look into the possibilty of authenticity as deeply as I could. I'd love to be able to read what Jesus actually said, or wrote, a whole bunch.
