I have seen people saying Mormons and JW are not Christian or asking the difference between Protestant and Christians, Baptists and Christians and so forth.
You believe in Christ, you are Christian. There are tewo types of Christian:
Catholic
Non-Catholic (all others who believe in Christ but are not Catholic, including Protestants, Mormons, Baptists, JW, etc.)

I can't believe it.I guess if they couldn't stop it they say it belongs to them. The Christmas that we celabrate is not pagan. We do tell our little ones about Santa, and they get so excited, but we tell them about the birth of Jesus to.We prefer this over sex ed and evolution. We serve a very good and understanding God,and I think God gets a kick out of Santa Himself. You can celebrate it as pagans if you choose.Merry Christmas Brothers and Sisters. Now it's your turn to tell the world about Christmas,I know some Christians may not feel this way, but we serve a big God and were all a little different in some area's,so feel free to speak up!

First god would have to tell people to write it. That would be funny. Theres John sitting there and hears a voice out of nowhere "Joooohhhnnn, i need you to write a book for me."
John responds- " WHO JUST SAID THAT?"
God- "It was me God"
John- "Holy crap you scared me, I though I had a tumor"
God- "Ok grab a pencil and paper..... In the beginning there was there was the heaven and the earth
John- "ok it began with the heaven and .....
God- "no no no- in the beginning, there was the heaven and the earth"
John- "oh ok, so how long is this book?" lol

Its just as funny as that mormon guy who wrote the book of mormon by listening to his talking hat

what is the purpose of death?

In my lowest moment my best imagination I could come up with is like a child taking several licks in his lollipop. As he ultimately getting the enjoyment of it someone just took it away from him.

A taste of life then kaboom! it's all over.

Do you ever stop and think to yourself: What is the purpose of life? Like why do we work? Pay bills? What for? Who is the government to tell me what I'm supposed to do?

I hope there's more to life than just contributing to society and dying.

You smell me?

I know it is claimed that Christmas is not Christian, but I think if you claim to be "unaffiliated" with God, than it would be hypocrytical to receive Christmas gifts. Just a thought, tell me what you all think about this.

If one takes Genesis and Revelations literally, humans were once near perfect beings who have become ever more corrupt over time and are headed toward an inevitable apocolypse. The best one could hope for in this life would be a state of grace amidst the ever worsening madness and chaos with little incentive to seek enlightenment and a fair argument for self-degradation. If one subscribes to the theory of evolution, that theory would indicate that we are all evolving, growing, becoming more enlightened over time. I know there's some compelling evidence to the contrary, but I don't think I'm the only one who's willing to believe something because it makes me feel better and the media hardly ever mentions how many people were nice to each other today.
