No the first navel was requested by Noah. He asked God for a fleet afloat and instead got just one boat but a hell of a lot of the fleet of foot.

Does the bible not start out with the creation, and on the sith day god created man in his image. Good question to ask god , or just read his word. If nothing else pray about it.

they never existed to begin with. if they did, they would have navels because there's no way they could have been created like that.

Im not sure, very interesting question. I know it doesnt say so in the bible so I would take it as its one of those things we will never know until we can ask the Man himself.
