First god would have to tell people to write it. That would be funny. Theres John sitting there and hears a voice out of nowhere "Joooohhhnnn, i need you to write a book for me."
John responds- " WHO JUST SAID THAT?"
God- "It was me God"
John- "Holy crap you scared me, I though I had a tumor"
God- "Ok grab a pencil and paper..... In the beginning there was there was the heaven and the earth
John- "ok it began with the heaven and .....
God- "no no no- in the beginning, there was the heaven and the earth"
John- "oh ok, so how long is this book?" lol

It is not as complicated as you say. God moves people by His Holy Spirit to do what He would ask - including writing things down. There is nothing funny about that.

Putting the Bible on the same low level as the Book of Mormon is an insult to the Bible. There is nothing funny about the BOM either. It is a pernicious book that has led many astray.

Many people wrote the Bible. If u look closely u will find that is a anthology of many books. I would believe that the stories have changed alot but the central message remains: Jesus died for ur sins. Hat= funny

The talking hat -- wow. I've never heard that story.

You might just want to consider the possibility that some things happen in ways that our beyond our knowledge or understanding.

In other words, just because you don't know how God inspired the Bible, doesn't mean it didn't happen.

People talk to spirits and channel messages which they sometimes publish in books. Writing a Bible would be easy using channeling.
