Hmm i amn't conscious of that Buddhist tale, so a approaches as i recognize Buddha became predicted to the two be the suceeder to the throne or a monk. ultimately after being saved remote from something evil/human he found out approximately dying & ailment etc & began his monk direction. the two approaches its no longer suitable, i can not answer what your purpose is in existence. in case you think of your existence has purpose you in some form are believing in destiny over a loose will. without going extremely into it i might say my purpose is to in some form help to resign destroying the worldwide so as my offspring do no longer ought to deal with my generations errors, it may desire to be as uninteresting as cycling to places quite than going via vehicle OR it may desire to be something extensive. It sounds like a Zen question one that would not have a promptly answer the renowned eg being ''if a tree falls in the woods can it rather is heard?''

What is the purpose of death?
To unite the believer with the beloved!
Death is necessary for the creation to meet the Creator!
To unite the friend of Allah with Allah.
To be rewarded for the good that you have done on Earth, you have to die. How else will you go to Heaven if you are deserving of eternel bliss?

You have to make a purpose out of it. Ultimately, we are all just intelligent animals. But we can better our lives and the lives of our posterity by working hard to benefit ourselves, our family, and our society.

Death is not a sentient being. It is an abstract concept which is unfortunately a reality. It is inescapable.
It serves no purpose and it seeks no reward. It simply is.

Death was a state that God never wanted for us. It is the reward for sin. It is the enemy of Light and goodness...It is so sever that God sent Jesus to suffer it on our behalf.... Jim
