Hi; my father and I were in a debate that in the bible there is nowhere that it saids that he has to mantain me. He was just idding right, but he showed me and everything. Though the bible he used was in spanish, but I think it was in Genesis that it said, create and multiply, something like that.... Could someone tell me where does it say that he has to mantain me?

Thnx

The strong connection you feel with certain people?
For example: You may believe the connection you feel with someone is for a reason. That, perhaps, they were brought into your life to teach you a valuble lesson. The more I think about that one the more I realize. Doesn't everyone offer us a lesson, valuable or not?
Or you could believe that you knew this person in a past life...
So what are your thoughts?

People always say the day of Jesus'birth was not December 25th.They base this on that it was Winter and shepards would not be out in the field at that time. But is it not possible that this night was special and they were out there on December 25 because God arranged it?Is it not also possible that the date of December 25th was known and that pagans ripped it off?We as Christians believe that Jesus was born December 25th.PROVE IT OTHERWISE.Blessings.

if you think about it, the materials for the very first organism had to be randomly arranged (maybe by the churning of water) in such a way that spontanously began life. that is incredibly, incredibly random.

or are there more sophisticated theories out there?

secondly, have any scientists been able to create life yet? I read in discovery magazine that some scientist created like a miniature black hole or someting that lasted for like a trillionth of a second. if we can create a black hole surely we can create one teeny little one celled organism right?

Who would win in a fight between the FSM and the IPU? Why? Would it be a good fight? Worthy of pay-per-view? Would they walk away as friends? Slap each other on the butt?

The following has just been written about me by 'asbo-arry 'Sorry, Jack C...it was David P who was being the Sun reading intellectual!'

As someone who spent 30 years working as a motor trader and, at least according to his wife, far too much time watching Rugby and drinking beer I have been called many things, not many of them nice but no-one has ever before called me an intellectual.

So that bit I shall wear with pride. . but 'Sun reading'?

Is ot possible to be an intellectual AND read the Sun ( on a regular basis I presume)?

Oh, and thank you 'asbo' for the compliment, although so far my mates have proved less than accepting of this description of me.

l have always wondered and l thought l could be answered.Pastors tend to remind the Congregation to pay their tithe and sometimes the poor are made to feel that they are not nearer to God enough if they fail to.its like they do not belong . the result being some people can't even be buried in Church grave yards even if they have been worshiping at the same church since birth for as long as their names do not appear on the tithe contribution list.Is money the main issue than beliefs. Is the ability to pay tithe the earthly reward to life and Death Church membership ?
