"May today there be peace within.

May you trust God that you are exactly
where you are meant to be. May you not
forget the infinite possibilities that
are born of faith. May you use those
gifts that you have received, and pass
on the love that has been given to you....

May you be content knowing you are a
child of God....
Let this presence settle into your bones,
and allow your soul the freedom to sing,
dance, praise and love. It is there for
each and every one of us."

Peace and Love

"There are several schools of Qur'anic recitation, all of which are permissible pronunciations of the Uthmanic rasm. Today, ten canonical and at least four uncanonical recitations of the Qur'an exist."

That make at least 14 Koran!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qur'an

Many people translate Koran to English, such as Abdul-Hakim Khan in 1905, Mirza Abul-Fazl in 1911, Mohammad Ali in 1916 and Abdullah Yusuf Ali in 1938. Another translation was published in 1930 by a Western scholar who accepted Islam: Marmaduke Pickthall. They make different translation so people read it more easy.

Remember this next time you ask why there are so many Bible.

Does the Commandment say Thou shalt worship thy Father and thy Mother? No, it says honor. Why when I ask about honoring Mary so many say absolutely NO. Honoring does not mean worshipping. I am sure Jesus is just really thrilled his Mother gets no honor from you. If it wasn't for her fiat we would still be deep into our sin. You say that she was just a regular person like us. She was not. A regular person like us would not have considered being an unmarried woman expecting a child through absolutely no contact with a man. We would have all ran the other way. How many would tend to agree? and what part would you agree with?

i also have other questions as well...such as...

why cant some one studying mystism believe in god?

(you can really ignore the first question if you want)

why do you dislike pagans so much? is jews and muslems dislike pagans so much?

in short what is the new testomate about?

what is so special about psalms? (i think thats what the book is called)

why do you argu so much amoung each other when you all believe the same basic thing? (there is one god and jesus is his son)

why do so many call them selves christans when they are clearly not?

i have a lot of questions. not trying to be rude just curious. i must ask blunt questions so you know what i am asking about.

Aquarius being the humanitarian, caring about people. But if we're not
careful, human nature, (emotionalism, taking things to extremes), is going
to turn us all into humorless tight@sses!
Yes, there's a Method to the Madness. And motivation is everything, and I never intended to offend. Just snap people out of it!

I am wondering this because so many people say it with certainty, but in reality (at least in my opinion) we as mortals cannot fathom what a day is to god. Is this idea right or is it wrong?

My identical twin and I are so close, we cannot even talk about the inevitable death of one of us, how does one get through this? If you are not an identical twin, you may answer this question as well, but this is a serious question for us. How does the twin who is left here, cope with such a tragic loss? I feel like there is nothing sadder than this, and I want to live my life unafraid of this horrible day, but I can't..neither can she...have you lost your twin?

and this question wondered if the fact that I did not call her my Mother anymore negated the Commandment and everyone that answered said pretty much no you must honor her or you will go to hell. Should this apply to those who do not honor The Blessed Virgin Mary? I mean it doesn't matter what they think right it's the reality of it right? Jesus said from the cross "This is your Mother"?

Many Christians on here have said that macroevolution does not exist, but small genetic changes (microevolution) do occur so species can adapt to their environments. Considering the fact that "macroevolution" is nothing more than microevolution given a very long time, how can one say that one exists without the other? It seems that only a little knowledge of genetic mutation and changes shows the potential for macroevolution, yet Christians deny it. I don't get it: how can you half-accept and half-deny a single concept (evolution)?
