No, she won't go to hell....

When were you saved? How were you saved?

You are implying that everyone is going to go to heaven or hell based on the status of forgiven/unforgiven sins. Are we saved/unsaved based on our sin status? If we haven't deleted all our sins files, do we go to hell?? If so, then salvation is by human works!!!

How is one saved??? By believing in Jesus Christ.

When were/are sins judged? They were judged on the cross. And they will never be judged again. John 3:18 says, " Whoever believes in him is not condemned but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son." John 5:24, "I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he heas crossed over from death to life."

The question is: Is the rape victim a believer in Jesus Christ?

If she is...she already possesses eternal life. If not, it won't matter how many times she asks for forgiveness she will go to hell.

We are not saved because we asked for forgiveness; we are saved because we believe Jesus is God and he came to earth to dwell with us, he died for the sins of the entire world and he rose again on the third day and he ascended to the right hand of God.

Since I don't believe in a god or hell, I can only say that I believe she did nothing wrong, as I'm also pro-choice!

If I DID believe in a god or heaven, I'd like to think that a woman who was raped would be looked upon w/kindness by a benevolent god, but the rapist would go hell! Or be reincarnated as a guy who ends up in prison getting raped for the rest of his life!

Hell? Yes. If the rape victim is shown by God that she has sinned, then she must confess that sin. If she does not confess the sin then God will continue to communicate to her about the sin. If she continues to ignore God about the sin then God will turn her over to a reprobate mind and her conscience will have been seared. At this point (which is determined by God) Hell would be the punishment.

If you are asking, has the woman sinned, then the answer is "yes". She has murdered her child.
If you are asking if God is loving, patient, kind, understanding enough to forgive her, the answer is also "yes".
Ultimately, the final outcome is between the woman and God, Who will judge each one of us seperately. You need to talk to Him about it.

She should not have to ask for forgiveness. Hell should never enter into the equation.

Well, accepting Christ into one's heart is asking for forgiveness for all sins (past, present, future). If she accepts Christ at any time, then she'll go to heaven. Even if she's a Christian before she murders the child.
