I have a good friend who is a devout follower of the Serbian Orthodox religion. She knows a lot about my faith, but I don't know much about hers. Could you tell me what you know, or can you direct me to sites that contain this information?

If someone is gay, and they believe in Jesus as their savior, is it OK for them to be Christian? Or do they have to go against their nature and try to be something they're not in order to be considered a "true" Christian?

Haredi, sometimes spelled Charedi, are not allowed to touch members of the opposite sex unless they are married. They are also not allowed to be together in enclosed spaces or rooms unless they are married. So what do they do on a date?

Do I have the right to live my life the way I see fit, to decide for myself what's right and wrong from me and my children, to attempt no violence, cheating, stealing, or dishonesty against anyone and expect the same from everyone else?

if God was mad at the world, why did He have to send His 'son' to kill him (himself?) for somebody else's crime?

if I am a policeman and I see thieves robbing a bank, should I send my son to the bank and shoot him?

where's the logic? *confused*

Many Christians first came to America so that they could practice their religion without religious persecution. I'm not trying to generalize Christianity but a majority I would say are very patriotic. Especially when it comes to America's freedom. So isn't it a double standard when Christianity is the main source standing between gays and marriage? Saying that a marriage is only between a man and a woman isn't a great defense. Since that option is based upon a religious belief. A religious belief you may not have been allowed if freedom had not been set into place.
As a Christian and an American you have democracy. However there is a difference between choosing something that effects everyone and choosing something that is a personal matter. For those Christian's that don't agree with gay marriage; is it really so hard to keep your belief while respecting another person's freedom of choice? How can Christian's be some of the most patriotic people yet deny all that America stands for?

Why do they have to make up stories about him to fit their own agendas?? Jesus WAS ( well maybe there really isn't a lot of proof..) a good peaceful prophet and all..but that's all and now he's dead! Why can't you just let him R.I.P...??? = S
Is that to hard to do??

Assalam Alaikum, I live in Australia and I see so many brothers and sisters, mostly young people who call themselves Muslims, they dont pray (or rarely), they drink, they act like kafour, they dress like kafour, and even many will have sexual relations with the kafour, and I have even seen the occassional one EAT PORK!...and when it suits them they will insist they are Muslim....I dont want to be judgemental, but to me it sounds like they are Munafiq, and If I say that to them they get very angry with me...any ideas or opinions? if you are a Muslim living in the West, do you consider yourself a Muslim or a Munafiq?? and why?

Would you please explain me why those contradictions :

II Samuel 24:1
And again the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel, and He moved David against them to say, go number Israel and Judah.

Question: Who provoked David? Was it the Lord or was it Satan???

I Chronicles 21:1
And Satan stood up against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel.

This is a very serious contradiction. Shocking!
