Haredi, sometimes spelled Charedi, are not allowed to touch members of the opposite sex unless they are married. They are also not allowed to be together in enclosed spaces or rooms unless they are married. So what do they do on a date?

They do not date. When the time for marriage has come, the parents bring in a few young men that the daughters might like, and the family approves of, and they get to meet each other and talk. There is always someone close by to watch them. The girl will then choose which of these young men she wishes to marry.
Or, the family will just choose who the girl will marry, and this is planned at an early age. Again, she is never alone with him, till married.

An amazing concept they talk!

instead of trying to get down the girls pants the two find out if they can relate to each other and see if they can live together as husband and wife.
