Logically speaking...God cannot have children...as He does not beget or is begotten.

However, i suggest you go and read the original versions of those scriptures...then make a conclusion.

If the originals say is as well, it would be safe to assume that all that talk about sons and fathers is probably just figurative language.

Y'know, I'm writing a paper on this exact thing, and I'm working through it myself. Here's a twist on it though: instead of saying, "Oh, well, so many sons of God, and so Jesus is lying," you might say, "Hmmm, so many sons of God does NOT exclude Jesus." Now, who IS excluded? Those not in the light (John 3:19-20). Y'see, Jesus is almost always talking about the Pharisees and, by extension, every hypocrite. A son of God is, typically, not just someone who does good works but also does them with respect to God (so, a humanist may be a good person, but not technically a son of God, although still a CHILD of God, but wayward, dig?). So, it's probably easier to ask, who is NOT a son of God? Liars (in EVERY religion, and yeah, politics), murderers, adulterers, frauds, cheats, those who say there is no God, those who don't worship one God. Dig it, amen.

God created the humanrace, starting with Adam then He added Eve and the two of them procreate. So every human being is from God's creation, His plan of all things to be. Humans are children of God and not animals because He created us in His own image (spiritually not physically). We have a soul, animals don't. We are to know our Creator, animals don't have to. The term "sons of God" is used also in reference to the humanrace.

Man / men / mankind = humans / humankind /people ,etc.

Exodus 4 - Israel isn't one person here, Israel is a nation, the choosen people that God will lead into victory over all pagans. The tribe, nation, community, family of Israel are from the first people that believed in God (Adam & Eve, their son Seth, and going down that blood line) to Moses. God made a covenant with Moses and the Israelites (the choosen people).

God also made another covenant with David & Solomon, his son, and their bloodline that ended up following God also. When God told someone that He was their Father, they were His son, this was an high honor because they knew that God was blessing them.

In Book of Jeremiah - you need to follow the geneology of the Israelites. Jacob (later named Israel by God) had sons, who had sons, who had sons. Some of the men parted ways and decided to no longer follow God and others stayed with God and they were blessed for their faithfulness. Ephraim was a believer and follower. Again, by God saying that Ephraim is His firstborn (His son) God is letting them know that God is with them and giving him blessings.

Deuteronomy - God is telling His choosen people that He has choosen them and tells them what some of the rules are to show their obedience to Him. Again, another blessing.

Romans 8 - Again telling them who they are - God's children, blessed (the bloodline of followers). But the talk of predestination confuses me here, because I was taught and always thought that God has not predestined our lives because He gave us free-will. This I will have to look into.

Psalm 2:7 in the NAB says "I will proclaim the decree of the Lord, who said to me, "You are My son; today I am your Father." Remember that the Psalms are poems and songs written by David, the young boy who killed Goliath and later became king. God spoke to David often and These talks were of God's blessings onto him and his generations to come (great nations). This is another blessing from God to David and his bloodline.

Many may be called Sons of God and all have the abilities to become the sons of God but there is only one only begotten son of God. He is the only begotten son of God angels ere also referred to as the sons of God and we all can become children of God but we are not begotten children nor will we ever be. Jesus Christ is the ONLY begotten son of God.1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.
5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.
7 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
9 Thou shalt break them with a brod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.
10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.
11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him. This is David's prayer and refers to the Messiah not David. Compare Psalms 110...A Messianic Psalm of David—Christ shall sit on the Lord’s right hand—He shall be a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.
A Psalm of David.
1 The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.
2 The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.
3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.
4 The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.
5 The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.
6 He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.
7 He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.

GOD was saying to Pharaoh, I love my children as much as you love your son, let them go. Set them free from slavery. Ex.4:22

As for your answer here, I am quoting from a question you answered refering to the Quran....~Read the Quran and understand it as a whole and not understand it verse by verse.~
I would suggest you do the same with the bible.
