Matthew 27:5 says that Judas Iscariot when he died he hung himself. Acts 1 says that 'no' he jumped off a cliff head first.

Any explainations to this? Which method did he died?

Thanks

some kids are athiest, jewish, or buddist. when i was talking to this girl about religion and i mentioned being jewish she was like thats not right, they should be christian. i go to a public school so this really shouldn't matter. also we had a subsitute teacher who was gay and she was talking about "i believe in a god who loves everyone." after that some kids were talking about her and they said "well you should still read the bible, even if your not christian, anyway i was wondering if you have ever incountered a situation like this, and what you did about it?

...the weaknesses of the spirit? Blaming, excuses, justifying, defying, overindulgence,

unexplainable.....like where did the elements and the atoms come from in the first place that make up the universe, or the life-force, then God (who incidently is the name we give to the inexplicable. (God is not some bloke with a long white beard) in this sense, God does exist. Not even science (FOR EXAMPLE)can explain the life force of say, a seed. They can explain the process but NOT the force. This is very difficult to construct as a question....Yes I know its a statement but please make comments.

"And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose" (Genesis 6:1-2).

Who can tell what sons of God took the daughters of men to wife? Ancient Israel had a single sacrosanct God. Where do the "sons of God" come from?

2nd Samuel 10:18 a description of a war fought by David saying that he killed 7000 men and that he also killed 40000 men on horsebacks.

In 1st Chronicles 19 it mentions the same episode saying that he killed 70000 men and the 40000 men were not on horsebacks, they were on foot.

How do you explain this?

Btw, i'm a muslim. I'm not attacking anybody but just wanted to know your response to this. Thanks

A massive oil tanker was sailing through stormy seas one dark night. Then the pilot saw a light in the distance and advised the captain. The captain said, 'Signal that we are approaching and they are to turn to port side.' The signal was sent, then the reply came back, 'Advise that you turn to port.' The small light in the distance was getting much closer. The captain instructed another signal, saying 'I am the captain of this ship and I insist you turn to port.' The response to that was, 'I am an able seaman and I instruct you to turn to port.' By now, the light was very close indeed. Furious, the captain flashed back the message, 'I am the captain of this vessel and I demand you turn to port!' Then came the response: 'I am a lighthouse and YOU must turn to port!'

What's your 'lighthouse'?

In Genesis 1:26 we read, "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness."... Why does he say "us," not "me," why "our," and not "my"? One would think that the one and only God ought to address mankind in the singular, not in the plural.

Do you think there is nothing wrong with something even though god says it's wrong. Like Homosexuality, or having to wear the Hijab? Or do you change your own beliefs to conform with gods?
