Christianity is religious; whereas 'om' is spiritual.
hence 'om' has taken by all religions as yoga initiation all over the world.

om is not only a sign, it is a part of yoga . it is a very specific and effective way if u learn to say it ooooooooommmmmmm everyday then the vibrations created from it will make ur mind fresh . as scientists discovered it that it really works.
