I really want to go to this game, but I am not sure if it is okay. I plan to pack a lunch and not buy anything. I am going with my father, who is not entirely aware or respectful of my beliefs. I am new to this whole thing. Please help me!

Some humans are hard to change into more civil typeology. Is it possible that their DNA is like that of the animals that you might say can't sin?

I sneak around a night and make demonic sounds and rattling noises and have been telling him that the devil is in the house. I am going to keep scaring him for a few years and then have an exorcism of the house and make all the evil go away. He'll always want Jesus after this one.

what next would be the reason you reject God. Is it the fear of being controlled? Or something else that would keep you away?
This is just a question....so don't get all fired up. Please take the time to explain to me so I can understand where you are coming from. Thank you in advance for reading and answering

Im an agnostice and dont really care to read the bible, but curious still about what and why people believe. Did God just start randomly making people, or did Adam and Eves kids have kids, and so forth?

...smoke pot?
...be gay?
...drink alcohol?
...have sex before marraige?
...do drugs?
...be on anti-depressants
...watch porn?
...still sin?

The answer to all these questions is YES! That is what being Christian is all about, that there is NOTHING that can take us away from God. All we have to do is truely repent and work toward changing our behavior. It takes time!
We are sinners, but God can help us change our behavior - but we can't expect to change overnight.

I am working on creating a card catalog of Bible verses that mean a lot to me or that I feel I could use in certain situations. I am going to put them in an index card box under categories such as forgiveness, anger, worship, and promises. Does anyone have a card catalog? If so, what verses and/or categories do you have in it. If not, do you have any ideas of verses/categories I could put in mine?

In detail, what are the events that could potentially take place immediately following the destruction of the Dome of the Rock / Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. How would this affect a) Israel, b) Arab countries c) Other countries? How would moderate Arab countries react? Also, how different would the timeline of events be if the destruction was caused by the 'hands of men', as opposed to a natural phenomenon such as an earthquake?

He talks. People claim to have seen him or at least his finger. Some scriptures talk about him as spirit, but some don't. Are people just married to their own ideas??

.... I have searched for this verse throughout the Bible and in many apocraphal texts, but still can't find it. Help!

Matthew 7:21-24 (King James Version)

21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

24Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
Does this not say to not worship him???

John 5:30
"I cannot so anything myself. I judge as I hear and my judgement is honest because I am not seeking my own will but the will of Him who sent me??"

Mark 13:32
"No-one knows about that say or hour, not even the angels in heaven, not the son, but only the Father."

I know he said I and the Father are one, but he said that about his desciples too???

Like Job in the Bible...... perhaps it dosen't get any worse then that.

If something as bad as that happen to you would you lose faith in your God??
I am just asking a question, to give you thought on how strong is your faith.
Would you just quit?
You would have every right to be angry, but would you lose your faith in your God?

Yes, I literally mean the concept of "choice".

No, I'm not looking for a dictionary definition.

What is "choice"? Are we ever without "choice" or do we always have "choice"? If facing a viable alternative and a nonviable alternative, is there "choice" involved?
