We don't really know for certain, it may be that to a certain extent animals participate in or are affected by the sins of humanity. As long as there is sin and violence among humans there will also be some sort of animal equivalent, nature "red in tooth and claw," but the prophecies portray a new heaven and a new earth where "the lion shall lie down with the lamb" and the small child playing with the venomous serpent without harm, also other passages wolf and lamb, and there shall be no violence on all my holy mountain etc. The Old Testament prophets also picture animals as having a sense of gratitude, Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now shall it spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
20 The beasts of the field shall honor me, the jackals and the ostriches; because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen,
21 the people which I formed for myself, that they might set forth my praise.

No the Bible does not say anything about animals sinning. An Animal is an Animal and not to be treated like a Human. It does say in the Holy Bible, that Humans are not to treat an Animal, as a person. It is sin, to treat an animal , as a Human.

Sin presumes intellectual knowledge and even then is only a mistake that can be forgiven. Animals are without intellect and
operate on God given paths that cannot be right or wrong and
as such are innocent and beyond any form of judgment.

Sin is a deliberate thought, word, deed, or omission contrary to the eternal law of God.

It is generally thought that animals, like small children, do not know the difference between right and wrong (what is contrary to the eternal law of God) and therefore cannot sin.

With love in Christ.

What is sin? It is the falling short of the mark of perfection of those who were created in God's image. The animals are incapable of that since they were not created in God's image.

You must understand the concept of right and wrong to be able to sin, as far as we know most animals are not capable of grasping this concept.
