In detail, what are the events that could potentially take place immediately following the destruction of the Dome of the Rock / Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. How would this affect a) Israel, b) Arab countries c) Other countries? How would moderate Arab countries react? Also, how different would the timeline of events be if the destruction was caused by the 'hands of men', as opposed to a natural phenomenon such as an earthquake?

The Arab countries would probably go ape sh!t because they wouldn't have any say so about Jerusalem anymore.

I believe that if the Dome of the Rock/Al Aqsa Mosque was destroyed by man, there would be all out war in the Middle East. Eventually, other nations of the west (US and possibly Europe) would be drawn into the fight. An event like this could be the beginnings of a third world war.
If it happened because of a natural disaster, I believe it would depend on the reaction of the Israelis. Would this give the Israelis the thought of building a new Temple? Would they see this as the Hand of God?

The other meaning of this question is, what would happen if the throne of the evil is destroyed?

I do not know the reaction of Israel.

Yes, if it is destroyed all the Arabs will get mad and fill with massive hatred towards those who destroys it.

No earth quake will happen due to its destruction. But it will be destroyed at the appointed time with an earth quake.

The loon above thinks its going to happen because 'its written.' This is what causes the problems in the world, 'my book says this but mine says this but what about this no yours is wrong mine is right this says that....'
STOP! Look, i myself am a person who follows one of these books, yet i have the brains to realise that if we all work together none of the prophesies need to come true. Stop consulting your book and talk to a person on the 'other team!'

To answer your question, it will be the end of human existence as we know it, why? Because 'my book says this but mine says this but what about this no yours is wrong mine is right this says that....'
