the whips on his back and front 39 on each side, the giant nails on both hands, nails on the feet i think if it counts as one, the crown of thorns, and then the stab with the spear of destiny...why do you have stigmata?

Technically its both his hands (or wrists) both his ankles (or feet) and his side. Two nails, one for each hand, one nail through both ankles, and they speared him in the side. So, two hands plus two feet plus one side equals five.
