It is not very clear what you are really asking. Chickens evolved from earlier animals that already had the egg laying process fairly well developed.
Perhaps you should take a course in evolutionary anatomy development at a local college if you are serious about trying to answer your questions.
Most Americans are so incredibly ignorant of science and mistakenly think that being ignorant is somehow valuable. It is not.

Chicken eggs don't come out of chicken rectums. They come out of the chicken's vagina.
