1.It is a collection of stories form several thousand years ago.
2.It has been heavily edited by the Church and some gospels have been thrown out.
3.For more than a thousand years until the invention of movable type, it was translated into various languages and hand copied.
4.It was written by men.

That is the end of the FACTS. That’s all we can prove with the evidence we have available.
Since the same can be said of numerous other text, many of a religious nature, what else can be inferred other than they make interesting reading, but offer absolutely no evidence that they are the word of God.
The only real reason anyone believes that the Bible is the word of God is because they have been told that by their religious leaders.

this morning before breakfast i was just sitting and enjoying my coffee when i got a knock at the door.
it was two j.w.'s and when i told them (politely i might add)
i was not interested and tried to close the door one of them put his foot in the door. (lucky for him i am a morning person)
my question is this... is this common with the j.w.'s? or did i just happen to get a particularly dumb and agressive one?

Would you prefer your wife did or did not wear hijab? i know this may seem silly to many of you, but i have actually met a number of Muslims (western Muslims) that would prefer that would prefer their wife did not wear hijab so as to adapt to the culture. Please explain why it is important you that your wife does or does not cover.

How do Mormon parents feel about a son dating a young lady who is very moral but has different religious beliefs? (ie. Only the Bible is God's Word, Jesus is God in the flesh, salvation is by faith alone and completed in the work of Christ and so forth).

Danny Rollings, the Gainesville murderer, did some horrible things that made me heartsick but when he was executed a few days ago, it was painful to me as well. He did need to be separated from society because he was dangerous but for him to be executed seems wrong to me...Any comments?

Seriously no offense, but I fail to understand why anyone would believe in a collection of stories that has been rewritten numerous times, is 2000 years old or older, and based on even older religions.
I mean really...end of days...rapture...revelations. You believe that? I can understand a person living 2000 years ago believing it, but not someone who lives in this day and age.

I am a Seventh-Day Adventist and a believer of the Christ. To the athiests. What if you just believed? You wouldn't lose anything, maybe your pride if you say firmly that you hate God or don't believe in Him. If we were right you guys who don't believe would be in despair and hate. If you were right we wouldn't have lost anyhthing and the same effect would have been made. The whole point of this is to urge you to believe. Even though it might not sound like I am, I am. Just what if we were right and you were wrong? Just give me your input.

Seriously... I've had countless people say that they feel sorry for me that i haven't accepted Jesus Christ as my savior. And that i will regret it. And that they wish i would just read the Bible. And then i've met people that openly criticize Prophet Muhammed and this wouldn't bug me half as much if Muslims actually criticized Jesus. But we don't. We respect him. As a prophet of God.

It's just amazing... so many people claim faith and kindness and call their words and actions so "Christian".

I highly doubt Jesus Christ would have ever insulted Prophet Muhammed or any other religious figure....

NOT the true believers. True believers including all the 1.6 Billions Muslim present on the phase of the planet and all the creatures of the ONLY ONE GOD. Mary (peace be upon her PBUH) is the mother of prophet Jesus (peace be upon him).

This is the how GOD describes HIMSELF in HOLY QURAN chapter 112.

[112:0] In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

[112:1] Proclaim, "He is the One and only GOD.

[112:2] "The Absolute GOD.

[112:3] "Never did He beget. Nor was He begotten.

[112:4] "None equals Him."

NO ONE can challenge this. Except ISLAM, all other religions on the phase of this planet including their so called human gods cannot fit in this category.
