What groups are actively planning and seeking to rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem?

Matthew 24:15 has nothing to do with it. Alot of Christians are going to be suprised at the endtime events because they don't know how to interpret scripture. The Bible does not say the Temple will be rebuilt. It was destroyed in 70 AD. This Generation that Jesus was talikng to means exactly that. "This Generation" was the generation That was hearing Him at that time. You guys need to stop reading them dumb "Left Behind" books and wake up to the reality of the persecuted Christians around the world and realize that we are already in the last days and if your left behind, too bad for you...no second chances. Learn to read apocalyptic language and you will see that the great tribulation has past and we are living in a time now of continued persecution until the return of Christ for His church. You probably think the mark of the beast is a micro chip too right? If your not a Christian you have the mark of the beast on everything you do, and the mark of the beast as your world view and authority upon your head. As a Christian you are sealed by Christ and the Holy Spirit...look upon the fields for they are ripe for harvest..and our redemption draweth nigh.

There will not be another Jerusalem Temple.

In the Book of Revelation, John says of the ' New Jerusalem' he sees descending, "I saw NO Temple" (see Rev 21:22)
