O.K. here is a challege for all you fundies, others who don't think evolution is a reality.
List 5 pieces of evidence against evolution...just 5.
Oh, and it must be current evidence, from a scientific scource that has been peer reviewed, so information for the Discovery Institute, or any other creationism web-sites don't count.
And please don't quote Behe.
Halo's or chilarity.
again if you want to disprove a scientific theory you need to use peer reviewed scientific data.

Marriage is a religious institution from all ancient civilizations. The governments have taken advantage and control of it, but it is and was a religiously instituted ceremony. How can the government make them a unit, and why do you submit to it?

I always hear of these people, but I cant seem to understand. IMO Jesus was the only perfect man, and we can only strive to be more like him. There can't be a 'true christian' because we are all sinners, and imperfect. right?

It seems like evil isn't concerned with it's own kind or even the average person, but goods straight too the good among mankind.

Hate towards Christianity, Christ, Saints, God and anyone close to him. Good hearted people basically.

I couldn't imagine anyone hating Christ because he was a very good hearted person that would have and did anything he could for a person yet they did and do.

Is there a reason why evil targets good?

And how can people follow it without knowing what they are doing?

is it possible that God could have used evolution to create the world in 7 "days", when in fact it was millions of years passing in our time-frame. Does the bible say evolution didn't happen?

1. you are christian only if you obey christ's commands
2. his command is: love - love yourself, love others, love love [god]
3. if you see need, & have means, & do nothing, there is no love in you, therefore not obeying christ's commands, therefore not christian

we see extreme need: extreme overpay/underpay, pay from $1 to $1 billion a fortnight, pay from 1000th to million x average pay/hr, 1% getting 90% of world income, 225 ppl with as much as 2,500,000,000 ppl, 90% getting between 10th & 1000th of world average hourly pay - causing extreme violence, escalating to extinction soonish
we have means: justly limited-fortunes capitalism, founding fathers capitalism, fortunes limited to the max a person can truly earn in a lifetime, so that there is no superextreme overpay/underpay [injustice], causing extreme violence - ie, getting rid of mammon, greed, overpay, overpower, tyranny/slavery
therefore this is the only way to be christian, go to heaven, be good, be happy - yes?

My cousin called me to tell me about a dream that she had. She told me that the child version of herself (what she looked like when she was a kid) was speaking to her. Like, giving her advice on her relationship with her boyfriend. She also remembers seeing snakes in her dream. What does this all mean?

If i'm correct, karma is bassically the theory of "your destiny depends on your choices on earth". If we're to be reincarned after death from one thing to another, when did it start. that would mean who we are now is because of a previous life. Where did that life come from, and the one before that, and the one before that, and...........(what's their(budhist) creation theory, if they have one)

You are online look up the big bang it has been proven look up evolution it has been proven. The bible makes no sense with our origins what we have discovered here on earth does. Welcome to reality. The question is not are all the stories in the bible true we have proven them ridiculous and a little out of date. The question is where did all this matter come from? Then maybe you find God or some higher intelligence? Get over your fears of The End.

39:3] Absolutely, the religion shall be devoted to GOD alone. Those who set up idols beside Him say, "We idolize them only to bring us closer to GOD; for they are in a better position!" GOD will judge them regarding their disputes. GOD does not guide such liars, disbelievers.

[39:4] If GOD wanted to have a son, He could have chosen whomever He willed from among His creations. Be He glorified; He is GOD, the One, the Supreme.

Under Islamic law, rape is automatically assumed to be the fault of the woman, not the man. To take a middle of the road example of a Muslim dictatorship, Pakistan, it requires either a confession on the part of the man, or the testimony of 4 male witnesses, to secure a conviction against a rapist. If the prosecution fails, the victim may be charged with adultery, and if found guilty, is stoned to death. This means few complaints are made, and no convictions are recorded, except against the victims. Is is any wonder, then, that so many Muslim men feel they have a licence to rape and when they are convicted of it in Western countries, they and their parents express surprise and outrage.

The Setting of the Sun

One of the questions which puzzled the ancient Arabs was, "Where did the sun go when night time came?" The Qur'an gave them Allah's answer.

He [i.e. Zul-qarnain] followed, until he reached the setting of the sun. He found it set in a spring of murky water.
(Surah XVIII ( Kahf) vs. 85-86)

We agree with Muslim scholars that Zul-qarnain refers to Alexander the Great (see Yusuf Ali's appendix on this subject in his translation of the Qur'an). According to this surah, Alexander the Great traveled west until he found out what happened to the sun. It went down into and under the murky waters of a pond. When it was completely covered by the water, darkness fell upon the earth.
