You know for a long as a Christian i've wondered about the "big bang" theory. I've now realized i actually makes much sense.

God said it and...... BANG, it happened.

Sure, you could say "god" was the cause... if that's what it takes to keep you comfortably within the boundries of your religious cocoon.

I agree. If there was a big bang...God spoke and it was done! Amazing. And, since the beginning of the universe energy has been pulsating at an even rate throughout the universe. It is evenly distributed and finely orchestrated. That smacks of teleology--order and useful arrangement in the universe, inferring intelligence and purpose in the originating cause. It's a wowser!

If you want to see evidence for the big bang look at the static on you TV. That's cosmic background radiation in the microwave range, and is a remnant of the origin of the universe.

Starhawks story of the creation of the Universe is rather similar to th big bang, yet it is much more romantic.

yah yah yah..but big bang theory is the scientific explanation for the creation of the Earth.. sometimes I wanted to believe also, but sometimes I don't want to believe and I can't and don't want to accept the fact that I came here on Earth as a monkey??? hell, noh!!!!!!!! heehhehehehhhheeeehhhehee

Yes, you could think of the "Big Bang" as a sort of "Genesis"
