If one was to blame a disabled person for his disability, he would be considered cruel and unreasonable in most circles. Yet we don't have any problem with people blaming someone for being bad who we ca;; "a bad egg", which, since it assumes they were that way from birth, is basically the same as saying they have a "moral disability".

I have asked this to many Protestants--evangelicals, fundamentalists, baptists, etc, but they never answer it. Here it is:
Where IN THE BIBLE does it say that THE BIBLE is the SOLE authority?
I believe that we need the Church and the Bible. If you can show me WITH SCRIPTURE that all we need is the Bible, then I will renounce my Catholic faith. In other words, prove the doctrine of sola scriptura.
Or, you can answer this. Either one:
Where IN THE BIBLE does it say that we are saved by faith ALONE?
Don't say Eph. 2: 8-9. That does not say faith ALONE, and you are taking it out of context. Read on to verse 10. The only place in the Bible where it says faith ALONE is of course James 2:24. In other words, prove the doctrine of sola fide to me..
Answer either one, and I'll renounce my faith.

Everyday, it seems that people in this world are lowering their standards of morals and living. Gay marrages and abortion are some examples. Anything else you would like add or ask, feel free to do so.

Have a nice day :-)

gather at physical boundaries? -where water meets land (the beach); where earth meets sky; etc. What is the spiritual significance of this, if any?

no offense and I know you have the right to believe as you wish, but what does paganism offer to your life? For me, Christianity gives me a Personal and loving relationship with Jesus Christ, who died and rose for our sins so we spend eternity with him.

"Scientists" didn't like the idea of crystal spheres, so God made the Sun, Moon and stars far away. "Scientists" didn't like the idea of four elements so God made ninety something. "Scientists didn't like the fact that we are stuck walking so God let them invent things like cars and planes and helicopters.
So... God... Where's my floating car?

When I see things like this digusting fundamentalist Christian I am glad I'm an Atheist. Sad, all the Catholic had to say was I believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior and the other guy would have had nothing,

Why don't Catholics (some not all) know the Bible and more important to their faith, why not say before other Christians how much they love Jesus?

Again, some not all.

And that Jesus is very displeased with USA for torturing and murdering all those Jesus Muslims and invading JesusMuslims land and murdering all those MUSLIMS-FOR-JESUS?

Does USA think the Trinity is happy with their soldiers and their President for the atrocities they commit against MUSLIMS-FOR-JESUS under the pretence of Democracy?

i watched a program on the sculpture bernini tonight. the feeling of emotion and spirituality that flowed from his saint theresa of avilla was awesome. how come the religious art, music and literature of those times was so moving and spiritual that it can effect even an atheist like me, but the stuff put out by christians now is so cliched and cheesey

kk this is really strange..i always had a gut feeling that something huge is going to happen in my lifetime..like a 3rd world war and everyone's gonna be involved..they are all going to be in danger...on one hand i am rational..on the other, my intuition NEVER lets me down.

then my friend told me that in the torah (old testament) it is written that we are the last generation before the messiah comes..before that there will be a huge war..except that instead of states fighting alone, everyone's gonna fight against everyone..and the last to die will be the israelis..then when the messiah comes, the jews will awaken again and return to their families..and those that sinned will have their souls burned, vanish and will no longer be remembered!

it's so similar to my theory..to the point that i believe in it.

well what do you think of all this? is it possible?

Okay, since when were you the mouthpiece for God? Do you know what God will do? Do you know how he will deal with each individual person's case? Isn't it blasphemous to tell someone else you know what God will think about them?

If yes, then why do you think there is suffering in the first place? Is it possibly because we SIN and therefore have seperated ourselves from God. The reality is that everyone likes the pleasure of sin more than God's love and when we suffer, we immediately blame God and ask "why", comments>>>
