and since Jesus said to be a freind to God is to become an enemy of the world means God=Cutoff is true because both sum to 8. On the topic of abortion.

If the only "reasonable" cause for abortion is if the mother's life is in danger, what makes her life more important than the baby?

Why is that the only "OK" reason? Why not for rape victims? Or for a mentally deformed child?

I will listen to all arguments.

Like if the bible preaches to love our neighbor, does our religion teach that? Does it tell you that your going to be kept alive just so he can torture you? What would you think of a man that did that to a dog? Say he bit someone. Should he be tortured until he dies?
No he would be called a crazy person! You would call the human society. yet some religions teach that is what a loving father does? Yet, I do believe that some people don't deserve to live?
They are a threat to society. What about Churches that value traditional lies rather than the bible? Like Santa Clause or Easter bunny or even Halloween day of satan? What do you think?

Since God is omnipotent and omniscient:
Why did He allow Adam and Eve to eat the forbidden fruit?
Why could he not find Adam and Eve when they hid?
What did the Serpent look like before it was cursed to live on it's belly? (Gen. 3:14?) - honest question

I meet with another family in a home. Now are you gonna judge me for that?
I alo don't believe in dressing up for church. I believe we should come as we are. God looks at the heart, man looks at the outside. heck if i want to go to church or have church in my jeans than so be it. Now are you gunna judge me for that?

I have been a consultant for about 5 yrs and it mostly been great, I've had a lot of fun. But lately I have been have my doubts about the company. I love the products, but the meetings and the way things are run have become to seem a bit cultish although I have been trying to cancel that thought. The first time I went to Seminar was after Mary Kay had passed away and I thought it was a bit on the idolatrous side. I have noticed that successful women in MK seem to twist religious themes around and take verses out of context to manipulate situations or unit members and team members. I am seriously thinking of becoming a personal use consultant (just buying my own things and family and friends things) at cost. Problem is I have a team member who is in qualification to be a director and our director is coming for team building this weekend. Plus MK is the only thing that has gotten me through the past months and I am staring in the face of a bankruptcy. How do I tell my director this?

Manchester's (UK) leading Imam has confirmed that he thinks the execution of sexually active gay men is justified, reports Outrage. Mr. Arshad Misbahi, who is based at the Manchester Central Mosque, confirmed his views in a conversation to Dr John Casson, a local psychotherapist.

Dr Casson said: "I asked him if the execution of gay Muslims in Iran and Iraq was an acceptable punishment in Sharia law, or the result of culture, not religion. He told me that in a true Islamic state, such punishments were part of Islam.

"I asked him what would be the British Muslim view? He repeated that in an Islamic state these punishments were justified. They might result in the deaths of thousands but if this deterred millions from having sex, and spreading disease, then it was worthwhile to protect the wider community."

You can't participate partially in Halloween. You are still taking part of a holiday that celebrates evil. It's like being lukewarm as the Bible states. You can't serve 2 masters. When you participate in Halloween you are participating in the whole concept. You are doing exactly what Satan wants you too. He deceives us ... making us think that it's ok.

You can try to stay away from the dark side but the dark side finds it's way to you all the time if you just let it peek in just a little. Think about it.

If Halloween is just about eating candy and partying then tell me why all the horror and monsters, goblins, evil-looking customes? Why is it that people enjoy the horror of such a "non-evil" holiday? Why has our world become so deceived? Why do Christians believe that they can honestly worship and serve God and then celebrate Halloween (All Hallow's Eve) which clearly honors a demonic being or beings?

If Halloween was so innocent, why would you like to be scared out of your mind ... what's "cool" about being scared by evil or demons? Why the use of HORROR, if Halloween is not about evil? People get real. Stop lying to yourselves.

why do born again christians ( I AM NOT, I DO not profess any religion , just wonder about all religions and the TRUTH.)
think if you do not belong to that religion and saved you will burn in hell ?.What verses in the Bible show who is right and who is wrong about hell? how can anyone tell who has been deceived? to me it seems like everyone is under a deception.

I was telling my friend about Buddhism and I mentioned the concept of the non-existence of self, and she kept saying that Buddhism does not teach this, that, quote: "Buddhism is not nihilism". Yet in many teachings this is mentioned, it is even part of the four noble truths. She is pitting me in a debate against a friend of hers who studies Buddhism, do you know of any teachings that I could use to defend this fundamental part of my beliefs?

It's not right. There are quite a few gray areas in the bible. I believe that when it comes to those gray areas, it is between God and the Christian to decide what they will do and what they won't. Thats why we are to have a relationship with God...so that we can find out what his will is for us and what he wants us to do and not do. Some christians tolerate more or are more open minded than others, but thats ok if they feel right before the Lord. I think it's time Christians stop judging others and holding them acountable to their own personal standards AND it's time they stop putting words in God's mouth and taking verse out of context.
