If they allow it or want it yes, and you can feel him inside you also. I guess the ones that don't want him there can feel very empty on the inside.

Yes, Some don't know it and the Holy Spirit within, is there. Many know more about the presence of God then others. Many people don't even know God. But He is there, just waiting for the peoples ears and hearts to come alive. There is a blueish , aura around everyones bodies, when they die. I firmly believe that is the resting soul, that will ascend.

Simply put. yes. God is present within every man, woman and child in the form of a conscience. God has mad man so that he can know right from wrong. This is the proof of Gods existence.

His Holy Spirit convicts everyone- and he has given everyone a conscious to know right from wrong....yes.
But Christ only lives in those who believe. He has sent the Holy Spirit to live in us ( those who have put their faith in Jesus Christ) see Ephesians1-2
Romans 8:9 - To believers-
You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ.
Galatians 2:20- To believers
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
And for the person who wrote the scripture in Ephesians, you do know that is to BELIEVERS only. You must remember to keep verses in context.

Nope He's not. God can only be in you if you have prayed to make Jesus Christ Lord and Savior of your life, then God is in your heart because Jesus Christ is the Son of God or you could say He is God.
